The Urban Farming Institute in Mattapan is doing incredible work promoting access to healthy foods & standing in the gap to support vulnerable residents.
It was a joy to join them in community last week for live music, to shop local produce, & to learn more about their efforts.
Newborns denied formula. Children denied food. Entire families murdered with weapons of war.
This genocide must end. Israel must end the blockade immediately. We cannot and will not look away.

NEWS: I reintroduced my EACH Act with @pressley.house.gov to end the Hyde amendment and help lift unjust restrictions to reproductive health care for millions of Americans.
As Republicans kick 15 million off health care, Democrats are working to expand access.

🚨After unlawfully withholding billions in education funding for schools, the Trump Admin. has reversed course.
This is a massive victory for students, educators, & families who depend on these essential resources.
And it's a testament to public pressure & relentless organizing.

Thank you to our friend Congresswoman @pressley.house.gov for meeting with AFT MA and BTU during @aftunion’s Lobby Day in DC! It’s always a good day when we get to sit down with Congresswoman Pressley and plan some good trouble on behalf of educators and our union siblings.
Trump & Republicans' want to make it more difficult for our most vulnerable to access STI testing, breast exams, birth control, & more.
But we won't let them.
This ruling to protect Planned Parenthood centers from being defunded is encouraging, but our fight is not over.

As a survivor of sexual violence, our work to release the Epstein files is deeply personal.
Healing, transparency, and accountability is long overdue.
Trump’s first six months in office have been a relentless assault on diversity, equity, & inclusion.
But we won't stand by as he and Republicans resegregate America & roll back our hard-earned civil rights.
We'll keep fighting to #DefendDiversity & ensure everyone can thrive.
BREAKING: We just subpoenaed the Epstein files.
As a survivor of sexual assault, I know the pain & trauma survivors carry. This subpoena is a massive victory for every survivor who has ever been silenced, dismissed, or harmed.
Bondi must release the files immediately. We demand accountability.
Grateful for the partnership of @degette.house.gov, @schakowsky.house.gov, @frost.house.gov, @duckworth.senate.gov, @murray.senate.gov, @hirono.senate.gov, Rep. Barbara Lee and over 150 of our colleagues.
Today, we reintroduced the EACH Act to #EndHyde once and for all.
Abortion care is fundamental healthcare.
No man, no king, no coward should come between us and our bodies.
Republicans have stopped all bills on the House floor to avoid releasing the Epstein files. We need transparency and accountability.

A future where ALL families can thrive. A future where ALL of us can get affordable abortion care when we need it. That's well worth fighting for.
Big thank you to @pressley.house.gov and all those involved for your dedication to this fight. 💪💪💪
Today we introduced the EACH Act to end the Hyde Amendment that denies families across the country coverage for abortion care. Today, our Co-Chairs - alongside RFC members @JanSchakowsky & @MaxwellFrostFL, w/Senate leaders @SenDuckworth, @PattyMurray, & @MazieHirono - reintroduced the #EACHAct.
We stand with 170+ @HouseDemocrats & 30+ Senators to #EndHydeNow, ensuring everyone can choose their own health & future.

I look forward to remaining in contact with Mahmoud as we continue work to center the humanity of families in Gaza, address the unjust and unlawful targeting of students exercising their right to free speech, and protect the fundamental, constitutional rights of everyone who calls this country home.
Mahmoud Khalil is a kind, gentle soul who cares deeply about others' humanity, and his abduction, detention, and ongoing persecution by the Trump Admin is egregious.
I am deeply relieved that he has been reunited with his wife and his infant son. Our meeting today was fortifying and productive.

The #MA7 is leading the way in space exploration, astrophysics, & AI research.
Last week, @foushee.house.gov & I toured Cambridge Discovery Park, where the Center for Astrophysics is pushing the frontiers of knowledge in astronomy & astrophysics & bringing unparalleled innovation to Massachusetts.
In just 6 months of Trump's occupancy, he has fired tens of thousands of civil servants from our federal agencies.
We all depend on the essential services they provide, and they deserve better.
We won't stop fighting to support our federal workers & their critical work.
