Congress should reform the Insurrection Act to protect against unwarranted military occupation of American cities.
But a Senate Republican just blocked it.
While drug trafficking cases go unprosecuted, money is spent raiding innocent Chicagoans.

Insurrectionists have already shown they have no respect for democracy and the rule of law.
