• AT Protocol DID — Required for authentication.
• Email Address (Pro Accounts) — Required for billing, subscription management, and support. Email may also be collected for account recovery or optional features.
• We do not require names, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, or other personal demographic details.

1.2 Billing Information

For paid subscriptions, third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) collect billing details. We do not store or process credit card information.

• Stripe customer ID
• Subscription plan and status
• Billing history metadata

• bills and legislators you follow
• settings and preferences

• authenticate users via Atmosphere Accounts on the AT Protocol
• provide personalized features such as followed bills and legislators
• process and manage subscription payments
• send transactional emails (billing, receipts, account notices)
• send optional product updates and announcements
• detect fraud, abuse, and security issues
• comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Email Communications

3.1 Transactional Emails
