Is the middle class a myth?
Growing up poor, I know what it’s like to play ‘utility roulette’ – which bill will have to get skipped this month? What will we have to go without? Those are questions too many families are asking these days. But I've got a plan.
Trump being “tough on drugs” apparently means pardoning a guy sentenced to 45 years in jail for drug trafficking charges. You can’t make this stuff up.
Hot take: I don’t disagree with Trump on this. Investing in every child’s future is something we should all support.
I’m taking it a step further: bigger, broader, and built to last so every child starts life with real opportunity. Let’s invest in the future we want.
Big thanks to Ali and Henry from Archwood Exchange for taking me to check out some local shops in downtown Phoenix. Small businesses keep our neighborhoods alive, and it is always good to hear their stories. Make sure to show your local businesses some love this small business Saturday.
Thanksgiving is a time when we come together to lend a helping hand, because no one in our community should feel alone this holiday season.
Spent some time in downtown Phoenix checking out some great small businesses and meeting the folks who run them. Every place had its own story, and the owners put so much heart into what they do. Always good to hear from people who keep our community going.
No matter how this Admin tries to spin it, the cost of living is through the roof. It's time to start taking accountability.
I am heading to Casa Grande on Nov. 24 for a veterans town hall. I want to hear what is working, what is not, and how we keep fighting for our veterans. RSVP below.

The people of this country are sick of elites taking care of elites and leaving everyone else to the wolves.
We may have won the battle, but the work is far from over. I will not back down until every survivor gets the peace they deserve and every person who helped Epstein is held accountable.
This cannot be treated like another headline that just comes and goes. We owe it to Virginia and to every survivor to demand real accountability and full transparency.
Releasing the Epstein files is not just about Democrats vs. Republicans. It is about the girls who were abused and trafficked and the people who failed them. I am heading to the floor to share Virginia Giuffre’s story and to remind everyone why this matters. We cannot lose sight of what is at stake.
🚨The House is about to vote to release the Epstein files.
Here's my rundown on what's happening and why it matters.

Republicans will take any position “cuando les conveniene,” when it’s convenient. The only thing that stays the same is their end goal: tax the poor to feed the rich.
When I came back from Iraq, I knew I needed support. American Legion Post 41 gave me purpose, community, and family. For 80 years they’ve opened their doors to veterans who needed a home. Here’s to the next 80. 🇺🇸
Sgt. Jose Valdenegro gave 10 years of courageous service to our nation. Yesterday, we honored him with a flag presentation and a free car donation through the Transportation4Heroes program.
Thank you for your service, Jose!
Yesterday I toured the University of Arizona’s Skin Cancer Institute in Tucson.
Incredible to see the cutting-edge work happening here. This work saves lives and I’ll keep fighting to support it.
I saw John McCain save health care on the Senate floor. We need that courage again.
