Secretary Kennedy is a threat to public health, and his actions are hurting New Hampshire children and families. I’m grateful to the doctors and families I met today in Concord who are speaking out about the dangers of Kennedy’s attacks on science and vaccines.

Yesterday I heard from small business owners in Nashua about how rising costs – including cost increases driven by President Trump’s reckless tariffs – are harming their businesses and their customers.

Students with disabilities often face unnecessary barriers and costly tests to reestablish documented disabilities when they head off to college. I helped introduce a bill so colleges accept high school documentation – saving both students and schools time and money.

Today marks the 5th anniversary of the January 6 insurrection, one of the darkest days for our democracy and our country. I spoke on the Senate floor about that anniversary, this year’s 250th anniversary of our country, and what is at stake if we let our democracy die.
Following my bipartisan push, major lab testing companies are taking steps to help reduce children’s exposure to toxic lead. Clearly stating on blood test results that there is no safe lead exposure for children will help ensure that parents can take action against lead exposure.
