Today marks the launch of the historic Artemis II mission which will send astronauts around the moon for the first time in 50 years.
The President is waging a relentless and unconstitutional war on our right to vote. He has no authority to eliminate mail-in voting, and I am grateful to Governor Shapiro for standing up for the Commonwealth.
Join me in Pottstown on April 8th for a town hall focused on rising energy costs. I hope to see you there!
If the Trump administration truly put the best interests of the American people first, they would strengthen research – not eliminate it.
It took the better part of a decade for our country to recover from the great recession. Now the Trump administration is firing the staff responsible for preventing our next financial crisis.
American servicemembers are risking their lives in his war of choice, but the President would like you to know about the Corinthian columns on his $400 million ballroom.

Now, they are hoping to raid what's left in the budget to finance Trump's war of choice in the Middle East. Every day we see this administration's priorities on full display. Your family, health and personal bottom line are not at the top of the list.
Republicans shut the entire government down for 43 days last fall because they refused to make healthcare more affordable. Last summer, they passed a disastrous budget that decimated healthcare spending in order to give tax breaks to billionaires.

Ranking Member @adamsmith.house.gov led a letter signed by all House Armed Services Committee Democrats and sent to Chairman Mike Rogers today asking that a public hearing be immediately convened and the Department of Defense be brought in to testify on President Trump's war against Iran. ⬇️
He joined the staff of the Coatesville VA Medical Center in 1989 and has served as the Director for Community and Congressional Affairs since 2010.
Congratulations on a well-earned retirement, Kirk! Thank you for your many years of service to our community, our veterans and our country.
Last week, to celebrate his retirement, I presented Kirk Fernitz with a flag flown over the United States Capitol in his honor. Kirk began his military career as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army, retiring in 2015 after completing 30 years of service.
Enough is enough. House Republicans need to stop playing games with air safety and TSA workers’ paychecks.
The Senate unanimously passed a deal to fund TSA last night. The House could pass it RIGHT NOW. But Speaker Johnson is refusing to let us vote on it and offering a doomed, partisan bill instead.
The WARRIOR Act prevents any exclusion of women from military jobs or assignments on the basis of gender. Thank you to Sec. Hegseth for proving exactly why we need the WARRIOR Act now.
Breaking news this morning: Secretary Hegseth is singling out two female and two Black Army officers, blocking them from military promotions that 30 of their white male counterparts are receiving.
I just announced a bill that fights back.
Speaker Johnson needs to get this bill to the floor IMMEDIATELY to deliver payment to TSA agents and staff.

Nominating students to our nation's military service academies is one of the greatest joys I have as a Member of Congress. This year, I am proud to have nominated 18 fantastic students from PA-06. Congratulations – and thank you for your service to our nation!
Fair pay shouldn’t be a question. It should be a standard. Women and families deserve better. My @demwomencaucus.bsky.social colleagues and I won’t stop fighting until the gap is closed.
Yesterday, Pennsylvania got one step closer to paid family and medical leave! Now, I'm urging the PA State Senate to pass the Family Care Act and get it to Governor Shapiro's desk.
Congrats to @repomara.com and all Pennsylvanians on this bipartisan win!

Democrats have put forward proposals that would fully fund TSA and FEMA, while carving out funding for ICE and CPB until basic reforms are made. Republicans rejected those proposals and our TSA agents continue to work without pay.
