Meanwhile, hardworking Americans are struggling to afford fuel, groceries, housing, and health care. Republicans have made their priorities clear, and working families are not one of them.

Donald Trump’s rogue ICE and CBP are already sitting on an unused $100 billion that Republicans handed them in their Betrayal Bill last year. Now, Republicans want to give them another $70 billion blank check.

Donald Trump is STILL conniving his way into setting up a private slush fund of $1,800,000,000 tax dollars to pay criminals who tried to overthrow our democracy. Absolutely despicable.

For years, I’ve led the charge to protect Chaco Canyon because once these sacred landscapes are destroyed, they can never be replaced. Chaco is one of the world’s most sacred and culturally significant sites, and we have a responsibility to protect it for future generations. Period.

My prayers are with the Mountainair community after this horrible tragedy. As we continue to seek answers, I’m praying for the health and recovery of everyone exposed, including the brave first responders still recovering from this incident.

Not a single one of Trump’s ridiculous grift projects is lowering fuel prices, cutting grocery bills, or helping families keep up with rising costs. Americans are struggling to afford the basics while Trump focuses on enriching himself and his inner circle.

New Mexico lost a legend. Al Hurricane Jr. brought New Mexicans together through music. His love for our communities, our traditions, and our people could be felt in every performance. My prayers are with his family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched.

Thousands of New Mexicans have lost their livelihoods because the Trump administration is deliberately destroying the federal workforce. Our unemployment rate is going up, and hardworking families across New Mexico are the ones left suffering the consequences of Trump's destructive agenda.

NEW – Since day one, I’ve opposed this war. The Senate just took a major bipartisan step toward stopping President Trump from dragging the U.S. deeper into it. End the war.

Republican priorities: $1 billion for Trump’s ballroom. $1.8 billion in taxpayer dollars for a political slush fund to reward Trump’s allies. And when asked about Americans struggling financially, Donald Trump said he’s “not thinking about” that.

I’m heartbroken by the shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego today. My thoughts are with the community and the families and loved ones of the victims. No one should fear for their safety in a house of worship. This kind of violence is unacceptable.
