From expanding VA medical care to ensuring our veterans can have a roof over their heads—this work is important and there's more to do.
Happy Veterans Day. 🇺🇸 As a voice for veterans in WA state, I will always fight to make sure America lives up to its promise to our veterans.

So apparently, they CAN insert policy issues outside of government funding as long as it means Republicans get a giant payout from the American taxpayer?
Not a cent for health care, but Republicans wrote in a corrupt cash bonus of at least $500k each for 8 GOP Senators. 📜💰🤷♀️
I voted NO tonight—because we have to address the MAGA health care hike.
By refusing to work with Democrats on a solution before open enrollment started, Republicans have already pushed millions of Americans off the health care cliff.
The reality is that there is a point when it will be too late to make a meaningful difference on health care premiums—and so far, Republicans are saying “never” to stopping the worst of the MAGA health care hike.
We're debating on the government funding package right now and every single Republican voted against a Democratic amendment to pass a clean, one-year extension of the ACA tax credits.
Republicans just don't care about your health care.
No one should doubt for a single second who is to blame for skyrocketing health care costs: Republicans and Republicans alone.
And families across the country will pay the price of Republican inaction every single month.
I will not let people forget that the same Republicans who did everything in their power to make tax breaks for billionaires PERMANENT refused to even negotiate ONE YEAR of health care tax credits for working families.
As long as there is time left on the clock, I will keep fighting to stop the MAGA health care hike.
Because the government funding package still does not address this crisis, I will vote no.
When Democrats offered a clean ONE-year extension of the tax credits—which is truly the most straightforward and common-sense thing we can do for people facing gigantic premium hikes this year—Republicans said “never, ever, ever, ever.” They called it “political terrorism.” Are you serious?
Another horrifying consequence of Republican abortion bans that block women from getting the basic health care they need.
Every Republican should have to answer for this.
What everyone should understand is that Donald Trump could just pay SNAP benefits so people don't go hungry.
He's choosing not to. He is choosing to appeal to SCOTUS. He is choosing cruelty.
In the midst of a 40+ day Republican shutdown with major flight delays and being short 3,000 air traffic controllers, our INSANE President is ENCOURAGING ATCs to quit heading into the holiday season.
Trump is taking a wrecking ball to our air safety infrastructure.
Trump is offering a pardon to any criminal who tried to help him steal an election.
The most corrupt administration in history and Republicans won’t say a peep.
Yet again another federal court affirms that Donald Trump must get SNAP benefits out.
It is beyond sick and cruel for this President to quite literally sue in order to keep children and seniors hungry.
I voted NO. As long as there is still any time left to reverse the MAGA health care hike, I believe we should do everything we can to force Republicans to the negotiating table.
The fight for health care does not end tonight.
In the dead of night, the Trump administration ordered states to stop issuing SNAP benefits.
This president will stop at nothing to take food out of the mouths of hungry kids across America. Soulless.
From clothing to coffee to consoles, the Trump tariffs have made EVERYTHING more expensive.
Republicans in Congress can join us to stop these tariffs. If you want to end these taxes on Americans, make your voice heard!
Grocery prices are skyrocketing.
Coffee is up 15%.
Ground beef is up 14%.
Bananas are up 8%.
All thanks to Trump and his stupid tariffs.
A government run by the crooks for the crooks.
The most corrupt President in American history.
It doesn't matter what the President wants to hear—we NEED to do more to make things more affordable.
He promised lower prices but has instead made everything more expensive. And now he just wants to avoid the topic altogether. Not going to happen.
