Instead of doing literally anything to lower costs, Republicans are now racing to give ICE & CBP another $70 billion without ANY accountability. Families want relief from sky-high prices, not more of their tax dollars thrown at a rogue agency that doesn’t respect their rights.
The 2020 election was NOT rigged. These attempts to rewrite history and undermine our elections are dangerous and need to stop.
BARTIROMO: Do you have anything to tell us about the 2020 election being rigged against President Trump? PATEL: Absolutely. I'm never going to let this go. They tried to rig the entire system. That's something I'm not going to allow. We are going to be making arrests. I promise you it's coming soon
You're not imagining it. Thanks to Trump, inflation is the highest it's been in 2 years.  Gas, energy bills, groceries—they all cost more because of Trump’s tariffs and war with Iran.
Trump campaigned on lowering costs, helping families, and putting America first.    He's breaking every one of those promises and demanding we slash investments in American families to fund reckless foreign wars.
Trump wants to spend half a TRILLION more of your taxpayer dollars for his war with Iran.    It would rob our families and burden our grandkids with mountains of new debt—and for what? So Trump has more bombs he can threaten to “end civilizations” with?
Last year, Trump’s cabinet showed up to Congress completely unprepared to defend Trump’s indefensible budget. It’s that time of year again and I’ll be pressing top officials for the answers the American people deserve.
Trump's Budget Director Russ Vought just REFUSED to tell me how much of YOUR taxpayer dollars Trump has already spent on his war of choice with Iran. That's outrageous. It's literally his job to know, and the American people deserve answers!
Trump's biggest economic priority is making sure the rich get richer while the rest of us are paying higher prices for health care, groceries, and gas. So much for "America first."
BARTIROMO: Moving to domestic issues, what are your top priorities now for the economy for the rest of the year? TRUMP: To be honest, we are doing so well. You look at this. I hit the 50,000 Dow mark.
Joel was a legendary journalist who did important shoe-leather reporting. We didn’t always agree, but that’s not how he’d ever have wanted it—he knew his top job was to hold our leaders accountable.
The tax refunds that Americans are receiving this year are being eaten up by Trump's tariffs—which are costing the average American household $1,700 this year. Thanks to Republicans, billionaires get a kickback and you pay a Trump tariff tax.
Tonight I voted YES for two arms sales resolutions to block the sale of certain weapons to Israel. I will not tolerate Netanyahu's reckless disregard for human life and human rights. My full statement:
Today I asked the top nonpartisan budget official in our government an important question. What single piece of legislation has contributed most to the national debt in the last decade? The answer? Trump's Big Ugly Bill—and it's not even close.
