Jon Ossoff

Thomas Jonathan Ossoff is an American politician who has served as the senior United States senator from Georgia since 2021. A member of the Democratic Party, he is the youngest incumbent U.S. senator. Before his election to Congress, he was a documentary and investigative filmmaker.

UPDATE: This spring, Sen. Ossoff and @warnock.senate.gov pressed President Trump’s Interior Secretary to reverse the planned closure of a Georgia water quality office. Now, the Trump Administration has backed off and the office will remain open, which is vital to protect Georgians' water quality.
Last night, Sen. Ossoff joined the John and Lillian Miles Lewis Foundation for the annual Good Trouble Gala to urge us to redouble our commitment to the principles for which Congressman Lewis fought so successfully.
This weekend, Sen. Ossoff joined Pastor Pollard, Lady Libby, and The Enon Church in South Fulton for Graduate Recognition Sunday. Congratulations to the Class of 2025!
