Across the country, hardworking Americans have to pay thousands of dollars a year to afford their life-saving insulin medication. With health care costs rising across the board, we must keep fighting to cap insulin at $35 a month and deliver real relief to millions of families.
Dairy farmers are the backbone of New Hampshire’s agricultural sector. As we near the end of National Dairy Month, I remain committed to this essential industry that works to supply all Granite Staters with access to fresh, locally produced milk products.
Congress just passed one of the most important housing bills in decades that will lower costs for Granite Staters and expand housing supply across the country. Now, all that’s left is for the President to sign it—which he’s refused to do for nearly a week.
57 years ago, at the Stonewall Inn, a movement began that paved the way for rights, equality and justice for LGBTQ+ individuals in our nation. Today, we remember the bravery of those at Stonewall and honor the courage of all those who continue to stand up for LGBTQ+ rights.
The cost of everything is up, and energy prices are no exception. My bipartisan legislation would ensure federal funding from 2 critical programs is made available without delay so that communities and families can benefit from energy efficiency upgrades that lower utility bills.
Parents should never have to worry about affording the insulin their child needs to survive. By capping insulin at $35 a month, my INSULIN Act would do just that—and we have the bipartisan support needed to get it passed.
Title IX was passed to ensure schools are safer, equitable and more inclusive for all students. 54 years after the signing of this law, we must continue the fight to ensure all students are welcome in the classroom.
Even as Americans receive refunds from the Trump Administration's illegal tariffs, President Trump is already plotting a new round of damaging policies. The President should be providing financial relief to Americans, not implementing more tariffs. www.bloomberg.com/news/article...
The Supreme Court’s outrageous Dobbs decision stripped women of our hard-earned reproductive freedoms and set back decades of progress. 4 years later, our fundamental rights are still under attack. We must fight to restore access to the full range of reproductive health care.
More than half of Americans worry about being able to afford the medications they need. In the richest country in the world, this is a travesty. By capping insulin at $35 a month, my INSULIN Act would directly lower costs for millions of Americans. www.semafor.com/article/06/1...
We've made great strides in the fight against substance use disorder, but our work isn't done. I was proud to secure $900,000 in federal funds for Dartmouth Health to ensure expecting mothers battling substance use disorder have the resources they need. www.concordmonitor.com/2026/06/18/p...
ICYMI: Over 8 million Americans manage their diabetes with insulin each and every day. As health care costs continue to rise, I’m working hard to ensure that every American can afford the life saving insulin they need. www.foxnews.com/opinion/sen-...
Juneteenth is one of the most consequential days in our nation’s history.   I was honored to attend the Black Heritage Trail of NH’s Juneteenth Celebration to commemorate those who fought against the horror of slavery and recommit ourselves to the continual fight to foster a more equal nation.
On this day 43 years ago, Dr. Sally Ride inspired millions when she became the first American woman to go to space. Her legacy lives on four decades later as young women follow in her footsteps to pursue careers in STEM and achieve new breakthroughs in the field.
An overwhelming majority of Americans agree: We must cap the cost of insulin at $35 a month. With 26 bipartisan cosponsors and counting, we have the support needed to pass my INSULIN Act in the Senate and lower health care costs for millions. Let’s get this done.
