One way to help would be to get assurances that DOJ and the marshals sworn to protect our federal judges will investigate behind the mere utterer of the threat whenever there is evidence of orchestration, coordination or conspiracy – something they have refused to say despite many requests.
I’d add that a similar bill in Kansas disenfranchised 31,000 legitimate voters, based on evidence that 67 people in nearly twenty years had attempted to register to vote as possible noncitizens.   The court threw out the law as plainly unconstitutional.
