We cannot wait for AI companies to self-regulate. They are raising every alarm. Congress must act this week to meet the rapidly developing threat landscape posed by AI. Let’s take bipartisan action NOW to meet this moment.
25 years on, the pain and memory of 9/11 is still with us. To every family still mourning, to first responders living with the mental and physical toll, no day shall erase you from the memory of time. We will always remember those we lost and the bravery of so many on that day.
Yesterday, I cut the ribbon on a brand new VA outpatient clinic in Hampton Roads. It’s great news for Virginia’s vibrant veteran population, but we need to make sure this administration stops shrinking the VA workforce.
When I’m on the road across Virginia, I’m always on the hunt for a great peanut noodle, so I had to stop at Vang Go Bistro in Norfolk today — the noodles & dumplings were delicious! Virginia has the BEST small businesses with the kindest teams. Stop by if you’re in HRVA!
It was wonderful to cut the ribbon on a new outpatient VA clinic in Chesapeake this morning! I’ve fought for years to open more VA facilities across the Commonwealth, and I’ll always keep up my fight to make VA care stronger and easier to access.
Trump is moving ahead with plans for his Triumphal Arch. But what triumph are we celebrating? America is trapped in a war with no end in sight, while families are paying more for everything from gas to groceries to health care.
