After joining my colleagues to demand Trump's Department of Energy release Weatherization Assistance funding, Colorado is finally getting the $5.8 million it's owed to help lower utilities costs for the people who need it most.

🧵Today, I’m introducing my bicameral bill to kickstart Medicare for all who want it and ensure every American has access to affordable health coverage.
For the first time – after more than a decade of grassroots work with seven bipartisan counties, Tribes, and a wide range of public lands users – the Senate's Energy and Natural Resources Committee is taking up our GORP Act.
The Gunnison Basin's public lands are home to a legacy of ranching, critical wildlife habitat, and some of the best outdoor recreation Colorado has to offer.
We cannot stand for it. DHS and ICE must be overhauled. I'll keep fighting to make sure our immigration enforcement reflects our values and respects the dignity of every person.
Congress must pass our bipartisan bill as soon as possible to hold buyers of Russian oil accountable for bankrolling Putin's war and increase pressure on him to end it.
This cannot be business as usual. That's why I joined my Senate Democratic colleagues today in voting against the first procedural vote on the annual defense bill.
I will do everything I can to fight President Trump's reckless war with Iran. Congress passed a War Powers Resolution to end it. But the President is ignoring that vote, forcing American taxpayers to foot the bill for his blunder.
This is another broken promise to the Tribes who have lived in this region since time immemorial and to the next generation of Americans, who are relying on us to protect these irreplaceable landscapes. I will fight this every step of the way.
Once again, the President has disregarded the wishes of Tribal coalitions, western leaders, and the American people by removing protections for ancestral lands and cultural sites at Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bears Ears National Monuments.
I'm deeply saddened by the loss of the pilot who gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect Colorado communities while battling the Gold Mountain Fire. I extend my deepest condolences to the pilot's family, crew, and loved ones.
This new facility will not only nearly double the number of detention beds, but is in a rural location, far from the organizations that offer resources and oversight. I will continue to push for necessary guardrails, critical reforms, and work towards preventing the opening of this facility.
We have seen a complete failure by the Trump Administration in operating ICE detention centers with any decency, accountability or transparency. I’m extremely disheartened they are taking the next step in setting up a new Colorado facility in Hudson.
