At a time when families are paying more for less under this administration, instead of focusing on improving their lives, the president is focused on his own dangerous delusions. My statement on Trump's Oval Office speech lying about his 2020 election loss:
New Yorkers have been forced to spend 40% more or an additional $2.2 BILLION on gas since Trump started his war with Iran. Now, Trump's chaos is driving prices up again. When will Trump put working Americans first?
Trump took away healthcare and food assistance from working Americans to give tax breaks to billionaires. We're fighting to flip the Senate blue, hold Trump accountable, and put America first this November. Join us.
We secured landmark affordable housing legislation without Trump. This law will: 🔨 Build more housing 🏠 Lower costs 🛑 Stop private equity and Wall Street from buying up homes Trump called it a yawn. I'm calling it a win for working people.
Trump will always put himself ahead of the American people. He is “protesting” the most significant housing bill in decades that would build more housing, lower costs, and stop private equity and Wall Street from buying up homes.
Working Americans are paying more for their healthcare plan than their mortgage because Trump made costs skyrocket. We had a plan to lower healthcare costs and congressional Republicans blocked it. Now, Americans are paying the cost.
