Today, SCOTUS rejected Trump's attempt to fire Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook—simply because she wouldn't bend to his will.
This was punishing anyone who refuses to do Trump's political bidding.
Federal Reserve was created to serve the American people—not a political weapon for the president.
Why can’t people get ahead? Because, the system is rigged. The rules have been written by the wealthy and not working people.
That’s why we’re here to fight for a healthcare, childcare, and a living wage!
New Mexicans demand answers. Did the DEA knowingly allow hundreds of thousands of fentanyl pills to hit the streets in NM?
We won’t stop fighting for answers. Our communities are not collateral damage or a testing ground for the feds.
Today, the Supreme Court sided with the American people.
If you cast your ballot by Election Day, your vote deserves to be counted.
This is a victory for voters, for free and fair elections, and for the fundamental promise that your vote counts. Let's keep fighting to protect that right. 📨❤️
Back in D.C. working on our Thriving Rural and Tribal Economies Project to build a policy agenda for the future! What better place than Dr. MLK Jr. Memorial Library to hear from community leaders!
What are your ideas for our next chapter, and how can we empower our communities?
I went to the Great American State Fair this weekend…and it really was as empty as reported.
**And where did the rest of our taxpayer dollars go?
Birthright citizenship is a constitutional right. PERIOD.
As we get ready to celebrate America’s 250th this week – we dropped by the @Smithsonian to see their special collection and reflect on what freedom, democracy, and equality mean.
What does this 250th mean to you and what are you looking forward to for our country and this 4th of July? 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
You better believe we will take back the House, we will issue subpoenas, and we will continue to fight for justice. Full stop.
It’s been a week! Between Supreme Court rulings, a housing bill left unsigned, & things falling apart in the House, it was a tough week.
But even in the darkness, we continued our work to chart a new future for rural, tribal, and environmental policy, & to stand in solidarity with our communities.❤️
Your vote is your voice.
So speak up.
Show up.
And show up like never before.
Because this is our year!
And all across the country, we MUST be prepared! 🗳️🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
What a week! Votes canceled, a major housing bill left unsigned, and more attacks on basic food and hunger programs.
Enough with the lies! The overwhelming majority of people benefiting from SNAP are kids, seniors, and people living with disabilities. Every day, we're fighting for our communities!
New Mexico demands answers!
We’ve spent years fighting to get fentanyl off our streets, investing in addiction recovery, and public safety. And to find out that the feds may have been responsible in allowing drugs onto our streets is unimaginable—we are investigating and will hold them accountable!
What better way to wrap up Pride Month than to celebrate today’s anniversary of Obergefell, the landmark SCOTUS decision that recognized that gay marriage is the law of the land! 🏳️🌈
Today and every day, love is love and I will always stand with and fight for the LGBTQ+ community! ❤️🌈
Leon Black is the first witness in this investigation to walk out of a Congressional inquiry. What is he hiding?
We’re grateful to Chairman Comer for listening to survivors and his bipartisan leadership in showing up today to hold him accountable.
What is Leon Black hiding? Because, if he isn’t hiding anything, why did he walk out of his Transcribed Interview in the Epstein investigation today?
We will get answers. Nobody is above the law.
🚨‼️ Breaking 🚨‼️ Leon Black is walking out of our Epstein Oversight investigation after refusing to answer questions about his NDAs with women.
Surprise, surprise! Trump and the GOP are infighting and the Speaker has shut down the House…once again. Here’s the latest on all of the drama. ⬇️
Asylum is a human right.
The Supreme Court just gave the Trump Administration the green light to strip protections from hundreds of thousands of people seeking refuge from war, violence, and persecution.
Sending families back into danger is not justice. It's cruelty masquerading as policy.
