The thumb on the economic scale is huge. IMF analysis shows a subsidy over $700 billion every year in the U.S. alone from “pollute-for-free.” $700 billion. No wonder there's so much dark money corruption and climate denial fraud.
By ignoring massive corruption by the fossil fuel industry, and massive wrongful subsidy of fossil fuel by allowing “pollute-for-free” business model, Gates gave aid and comfort to the deniers: “Bill Gates says innovation is going to solve this,” I often heard.

Let's just use our common sense here: it seems pretty clear why Donald Trump has fought tooth and nail against releasing the Epstein files.
Way past time to release the files.
Particularly so now that we see payback in Maxwell prison conditions plus maybe evidence her statements not even true.
Looks more and more like this “interview” was a personal/political errand run by DAG to minimize Trump damage; no govt purpose.
Wouldn’t it be interesting to know what Maxwell’s lawyer and DAG/Trump lawyer Blanche teed up for her exculpatory “interview.”
