Suzanne Bonamici

Suzanne Marie Bonamici is an American lawyer and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Oregon's 1st congressional district, a seat she was first elected to in a 2012 special election. The district includes most of Portland west of the Willamette River, along with most of Portland's western suburbs such as Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, and Lake Oswego.

The Trump administration is acting against multiple court rulings—including by the United States Supreme Court—and the Constitution by taking steps to remove people detained in Texas to El Salvador with no due process.
🚨UPDATE: New evidence filed by the ACLU last night shows that the Trump administration is going forward with more Alien Enemies Act deportations in seeming violation of the Supreme Court's clear command that people be provided a "meaningful" opportunity to seek judicial review.
Trump is cracking down on campus free speech, punishing students and faculty who disagree with his administration, and coercing universities with threats to withhold funding. These actions should never be tolerated in a country with the Constitutional right to free speech.
RFK Jr. has no medical expertise or education, and he’s clearly never spoken with the many Americans with autism or parents of kids with autism who are leading meaningful and independent lives.
