NEWS: @beyer.house.gov and I sent a letter demanding answers from the Trump Admin on the indiscriminate firing of 168 NSF employees.
This loss of expertise and institutional knowledge at NSF will cause the US to miss out on scientific breakthroughs and pave the way for China to fill in the gap.

Rodriguez: They're slashing staff, crushing unions, and selling out the VA for what? So billionaires can make more money while veterans sit on waitlists. Our president was asleep while Moscow was at the wheel. Veterans don't trust him. He’s not one of us.

No regrets at all.
Tonight Trump will address a coequal branch of government for which he has shown total contempt.
Meanwhile my constituents are seeing their livelihoods destroyed by illegal actions.
What he is doing is not normal, it is not acceptable, and I won't be attending.

I stood with AFGE National today to call out Donald Trump and Elon Musk's serious abuses of the federal government and our country.
Federal employees make our country great. The Musk-Trump Administration's attacks on this valuable work are dangerous - and bad for our country.
