“Judge" Cannon is a disgraceful hack campaigning to be a Trump Supreme Court Justice.
What must be in Jack Smith's report that caused Trump's private counsel to intervene against his own Justice Department to forever block its release?
SHAME ON THE HOUSE OF TRUMP
NEW: Cannon accused Smith of "brazen" defiance by continuing to compile the classified documents report even after she ruled his appointment unconstitutional. It will remain secret unless an appeals court overturns the decision.

The Kushner's fathers & fathers-in-law are BOTH convicted felons?
And one is the president and the other is the ambassador to France.
If this were just a confederacy of dunces it would be one thing, but...
Gov. Gavin Newsom was a big hit in Nashville yesterday.Went to several gatherings and warmly greeted at all
Today is the birthday of my beloved friend John Lewis.
He was the most respected member of Congress for his lifetime commitment to nonviolence and public change. It was the honor of a lifetime to serve with him. He taught me to get into “good trouble.” I think of him often.
It's another reason why I won’t stop fighting Trump’s EPA.
I led Democrats demanding transparency on Clean Air Act violators, I introduced the Clean Cloud Act w/ @whitehouse.senate.gov to put real standards and PENALTIES on AI data centers & cryptominers, and we are not slowing down.
More to come.
Trump is turning the EPA into the Environmental POLLUTION Agency.
By killing the endangerment finding, they are endangering all of us. More cities full of smog, more pollution and health problems, more irreversible impacts to nature and wildlife—that's what they're giving us. So much for MAHA.
🚨MAJOR TRUMP LOSS
SCOTUS ruled he has NO authority to impose his tariff regime. Trump tariffs have already been raising prices + inflation for months—the unwind will bring even more chaos.
This is what happens when trade policy is driven by ego instead of expertise, or following the constitution.
I won’t sit in the People’s House and listen to a convicted felon deliver another night of lies about ICE killings, his vanity projects, or self-serving pardons while the GOP cheers.
I’ll skip the spectacle & spend the night at the People’s State of the Union w/@moveon.org, @meidastouch.com & more.
With the esteemed pastor, Frank Ray of New Salem Baptist Church in Memphis. Celebrating 54 years of service to his congregation and community. It was a beautiful service for a legendary Pastor.
Congratulations Pastor Ray.
They say a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich. Trump & Bondi's DOJ can’t even do that.
They tried to go after Letitia James, they tried James Comey, they tried to take down 6 Members of Congress over an ad—strike out, strike out, strike out.
These are revenge fishing expeditions—not real cases.
Jesse Jackson was a man in the arena—a towering civil rights and human rights leader, a splendid orator and a courageous voice for justice. Sending my deepest condolences to his family, especially Jesse Jr. & Jonathan, and all who loved him.
Jesse Jackson made a difference. He’ll be missed dearly.
God gave the Ten Commandments to Moses. He didn’t need the Tennessee General Assembly’s help.
They tried this in 1996, when I was a TN State Senator—I was the only Senator to vote NO because I saw it for what it was: politics masquerading as faith.
Faith is personal. The Constitution is clear.
The latest time I talked with the Rev. Jesse Jackson during DNC convention Chicago. Nothing not even being confined to that wheelchair could stop him for participating in the affairs of his nation. He was a phenomenal splendid order and a courageous man.
Condolences to his family.
A life well lived
In February '96 the Tennessee Senate passed a resolution 27-1 to urge the posting of the 10 Commandments in schools, businesses and homes. I was the one dissenting vote and said,"Moses gave the 10 Commandments to the people he didn't need the Tennessee general assembly's help."
Time and Newsweek
Trump posted a racist depiction of our first Black President and First Lady. It wasn’t an accident or “fake outrage”—it was racist, vile, and it disgraced our country.
I introduced a resolution to censure and condemn Trump and demand he apologize to President Obama, Michelle Obama, and the country.
Trump and the GOP know how unpopular they've become—so they’re trying to keep people from voting. That’s what the SAVE Act is.
It forces Americans to dig up passports or birth certificates just to register—something they know millions of Americans don't have. But that's the point.
I voted HELL NO.
ICE killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti—and the DOJ went after the victims instead of the agents who pulled the trigger.
I confronted AG Bondi today. This was an execution, and she's running cover for it.
It's exactly why I wrote the Deadly Force Independent Review Act—to end the coverups.

Alignment stats consider only votes where a clear yes/no majority existed for the legislator's party. Cross-party marks divergence where the vote matched the opposite party majority. ↔ indicates cross-party divergence.
