We will not stop until the Administration is held accountable and Mr. Abrego Garcia and others are brought home.

Every government official who serves our country makes a commitment to uphold the rule of law. These actions are unconstitutional, and each day they go unchecked is another day our democracy and our rights are assaulted.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia and others are rotting in the bowels of these barbaric prisons despite court orders – from the Supreme Court down – that have instructed the return of these individuals.
The Administration has provided no legal and legitimate justification for the deportation, without due process, of individuals to El Salvador’s most brutal gulags.
This targeted attack on the Spanish-speaking community will lead to more racial profiling and prevent hard-working Americans from participating in our economy and transportation industry.

I'd like the Administration to explain how deporting young children who are U.S. citizens, one of whom is suffering from cancer, makes any of us safer.
The Trump Administration has been very clear and given parents in this country no choice—we are going to deport you without due process. Leave your children behind or take them with you.

This line is going to stick with me for a very long time.
“One of them is a 4-year-old with Stage 4 cancer who was deported without medication or the ability to contact their doctors…”
This arrest is another troubling attack on the judiciary and the rule of law. The Trump Administration continues its authoritarian campaign against its perceived enemies: universities, law firms, immigrants, political opponents, and judges, among others.
Just four months ago, I worked with Democrats and Republicans to enact a new law that improved MCC's effectiveness and transparency.
DOGE’s illegal actions to shut it down will not make America safer, stronger, or more prosperous.

San Antonio: There is still time to sign up for this Saturday’s Travel Fair. During the fair, you can apply for or renew your passport, enroll in TSA Pre-Check, or interview for Global Entry with conditional approval.

The Trump administration has begun dismantling the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a small independent agency that aids the economic development of poor but stable nations, according to five people familiar with the matter.
Secretary Rubio must appear before Congress to explain this dismantling of our infrastructure for diplomacy.
The proposed reorganization plan attacks critical work we do to advance our national security, protect human rights, and save lives. These efforts have long underpinned our strength as a leader and an ally, and the Administration continues to only make America less reliable on the world stage.
This year, China will increase its budget for diplomacy by over 8 percent. This has followed year after year of similar increases. China now has more diplomatic missions than the United States. Our response must be to better resource diplomacy — not make haphazard and self-defeating cuts.
These proposed changes have serious implications for American foreign policy and diplomacy, undermining our credibility as a global partner and creating vacuums for our adversaries to occupy.
I will demand answers from Secretary Rubio and oppose efforts to undermine the State Department’s important work.
🧵The Trump Administration’s proposed State Department cuts do not make us safer, stronger, or more prosperous. This plan undermines our values and diminishes our role as a leader among nations. They have also been proposed without any consultation with the Congress, as required by law.
