DID YOU KNOW: Many Texans are eligible to file their taxes for free using the IRS Direct File tools.
Republicans are attacking Direct File to protect the profits of big tax-prep companies. That's not right — and I'll keep working to support your right to file for free.

I am praying for all the families of the victims of the horrific plane and helicopter crash in Washington, DC last night. I’m grateful for the work of the first responders from all over the DMV area who responded quickly.
Today, I met with the San Antonio Coalition for Veterans & Families about their work to meet the urgent needs of our veterans.
I'm proud to represent Military City US & it's an honor to stand up for our veterans like they stood up for us. For help with the VA, please call my office at 210-348-8216
Happy Lunar New Year to everyone celebrating in San Antonio and across the world! I’m wishing prosperity, health and happiness for all.
He was a trailblazer in education and public service and a longtime friend of my family. I’ll always be grateful for his work, and he will be missed.

This policy will hurt people’s lives and our economy.
Republican politicians know this but are too scared to say anything.
