The women and men of the military put their lives on the line for our country every single day.
We owe it to them and their families to ensure they have the quality of life they deserve.

Republicans should join us to pass @delauro.house.gov's bill to fund the law-abiding parts of DHS and end this chaos.

President Trump was approached with a deal that would fund the law-abiding parts of DHS, pay TSA workers, and ensure our airports operate as normal. But he said no.
He owns the current chaos at American airports.
President Trump: *Casts vote by mail in Florida election*
Also President Trump: *Doubles down on crusade to severely restrict mail-in voting nationwide*
Trump is aware mail-in voting is secure & effective, but his hypocrisy knows no bounds.
Pass my bill, pay TSA.
22 million Americans, including thousands in Connecticut, are struggling to afford health care because Republicans refused to extend enhanced ACA tax credits.
We must restore these credits & strengthen the ACA so that all Americans have access to affordable, quality health care.
Americans are experiencing a cost of living crisis. For many families, their biggest challenge is the constantly rising cost of healthcare.
President Trump is refusing to throw them a lifeline. In fact, he is making it worse.

Eid Mubarak to all who are celebrating! I hope this holy occasion brings joy, peace, and good health to you and your loved ones.
Gas prices are up by 30%—and if Trump continues his war in Iran, families could be paying $700/year more in household expenses.
Americans want action to the cost-of-living crisis here at home, not more blood and treasure spent overseas.

I just signed onto @delauro.house.gov's discharge petition to fund the vital parts of DHS, including TSA, FEMA, and Coast Guard.
ICE already got an extra $170 BILLION in the Big Ugly Bill to terrorize communities and build more detention centers. They don’t deserve another dime of taxpayer money.

I'm a cosponsor of @delauro.house.gov's bill to fund TSA, FEMA and other vital agencies as negotiations to reform ICE go on.
So far, Republicans have blocked it.
Hardworking TSA employees deserve better. @housedemocrats.bsky.social will always support them.
Trump’s Child Tax Credit: An extra $282 a year for middle-class families.
Democrats’ Child Tax Credit: An extra $3000 a year for middle-class families.
You do the math.

I’m relieved a federal judge blocked RFK Jr.’s dangerous attempt to gut the childhood vaccine schedule—but we shouldn't have to rely on the courts to protect our children from preventable diseases.
We must stop the snake oil salesmen at HHS & reinstate qualified experts.

Rep. Rosa DeLauro is leading more than 40 Catholic Democrats in Congress in affirming Catholic values to demand justice, mercy, and dignity for immigrants—not cruelty, family separation, or dehumanization.

If Republicans know negotiations remain ongoing and if they truly cared about shutdown impacts, they’d move with Democrats to fund FEMA, TSA, cybersecurity, Secret Service & Coast Guard.
My bill does that while keeping ICE & CBP negotiations separate.
Republicans say they’ll fund TSA, FEMA, cybersecurity, and Coast Guard only if we hand ICE & CBP billions.
No reforms— just another blank check for masked agents.
I won’t let them continue to hold us hostage. Pass my bill and pay TSA, not ICE.
Last Saturday, TSA agents missed their first full paycheck. Some have had to work a second job while their pay is frozen.
I have a bill to make sure they get their pay. Republicans are blocking it.
I introduced a bill to fund all of Homeland Security except for ICE & CBP.
We could pass this bill today and fund TSA, FEMA, cybersecurity, and more.
Republicans refuse. Ask them why.

The American taxpayer has already given ICE and CBP more than enough money—and they've used it to harass, kidnap, and kill innocents.
@delauro.house.gov bill will fund ALL PARTS of DHS, including TSA, without allowing ICE and CBP to continue their exploitation.
