BREAKING: the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said that 16 million Americans will lose health coverage because of the Republican budget bill. Why? Just so they can give the wealthy another massive tax break.

Many seniors are forced to spend days or weeks arguing with their insurer to get routine procedures approved. The culprit is called prior authorization.
My strongly bipartisan bill would streamline this outdated practice & help get seniors the care they deserve when they need it.
Happy Pride!
Pride is a celebration of the victories the LGBTQ+ community has achieved & a reminder to continue the fight for full equality.
Child care in WA can cost a single parent nearly half of their monthly income. We need to make child care more accessible & affordable for families.
Programs like the expanded Child Tax Credit would help parents make ends meet & give our kids a brighter future.

Doubling down on tariffs won’t change the fact Trump keeps breaking his promise to lower prices on Day 1.
There is no plan. This is going to raise the costs of manufacturing products & building housing & factories even more.

'Disgusting abomination' indeed.
The only ‘choice’ here is the one Republicans made by voting to take health coverage away from 14 million Americans so they can give more tax cuts to the wealthy.

A horrific act of terror in Boulder last night. My prayers are with the victims, their families, & the Jewish community. Antisemitism & hate have no place in our communities.
Despite promising data, Trump canceled funding to help develop a safe & effective bird flu vaccine. We also lost the ability to stock up on doses ahead of a pandemic as a result.

You should be in control of your personal info & have answers on how this could be used against you.
Trump is creating a government database that includes your personal, health, and financial info with zero oversight or transparency.
This is ripe for abuse by a vengeful president or a massive data breach.

On today’s Democratic Daily Download, Rep. Josh Harder explains how devastating Medicaid cuts in the Republican tax bill will be for families and communities across America. That’s why Democrats are fighting back with all we’ve got.
Even with his departure, these efforts are "part of the DNA" of the Trump admin.
I’ll continue fighting against this reckless slashing & burning of essential programs & services.
Elon Musk cut vital government services Americans rely on, fired thousands of civil servants who keep us safe, & put our most sensitive personal info at risk. This was never about efficiency or saving money.

Thankful to everyone who joined me at the Port of Seattle today to discuss the impact Trump’s tariffs are having in WA.
This trade war hurts workers, businesses, health care providers, & many others in our region.
At the Port of Seattle today to highlight the impact of Trump’s tariffs on our region.
Breaking down the recent federal court rulings on Trump’s illegal tariffs.
I’ve said since the start of Trump’s trade war that his tariffs are illegal & the federal court’s decision today agrees.

Appreciated hearing from Woodinville Chamber of Commerce members about their businesses & how we can support more economic development in Woodinville.
I recently spoke with a constituent from Bothell who shared how these dangerous Republican cuts to Social Security, Medicaid, & Medicare would impact them.
