ICYMI: Trump is using money from National Park entrances for his vanity projects in DC.
Instead of repairs and investments at some of our nation's treasures, we're getting tacky "beautification" projects being handed out in overpaid, no-bid contracts.

Hate should have no place in America.
Happy Pride Month!

Republicans’ One Big Beautiful Bill already kicked millions of Americans off their healthcare coverage.
That wasn't enough for Trump and Co. as they’re now moving to remove people with cancer from their coverage.

What should be a milestone celebration of our country is turning into a Trump rally.
On YOUR dime.

I’m grateful organizations like the ACLU of Texas and the Texas Civil Rights Project are undertaking this just cause.
As the lawsuit makes through our judicial system, I will continue to make my oversight visits and call for the permanent closure of Camp East Montana.
There remains a failure to meet federal standards for access to appropriate medical care and other basic services at this $1.24 billion place that is a purgatory for human beings held there.
In the eight times I’ve been to Camp East Montana to conduct oversight, the conditions of the facility have only deteriorated.

Instances of people impersonating immigration agents increased by at least SIX times the yearly average in 2025.
I again renew my calls to pass the VISIBLE Act, that would be a small step toward improving credibility and public safety.

I’m grateful to all the volunteers, lawyers, humanitarians and Americans who are fighting for a better world for everyone.
May our efforts to help immigrants awaken compassion in others and encourage them to join the important work we are all doing.
My work wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for the incredible team I am privileged to work with in El Paso and in Washington, D.C. Their dedication and passion to the work we do is equally inspiring.
Our country and our community were shaped by immigrants in search of a better life for themselves and their children. The work Annunciation House and countless other organizations do to fight for human dignity and justice is inspiring and a source of hope. This recognition is so meaningful to me.
I’m deeply honored to receive Annunciation House’s Voice of the Voiceless award.
To be recognized by an outstanding organization that does such meaningful work for our community is incredibly humbling.
This Memorial Day, my heart is with the families of service members who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
We owe it to our fallen to build a nation worthy of their sacrifice and uphold the values they fought for. Today & always, we honor their memory.
While no bill is perfect, this legislation reflects thoughtful bipartisan work and includes important steps forward on oversight, innovation, and accountability.
ICYMI: As a member of the MILCON-VA Subcommittee, I worked to ensure this bill delivers meaningful progress for our service members, our veterans, and communities like El Paso.

500,000 Texans, including thousands of El Pasoans, are going to have a harder time putting food on the table because of Republican cuts to SNAP.
While we fight unnecessary wars and give money to domestic terrorists, more Americans are going hungry.

This is precisely the kind of taxpayer-funded torture detainees are subjected to at Camp East Montana.

When those in positions of public trust proudly display their racism and bigotry this way, they give others permission to do the same.
Shame on Nancy Mace. This disgusting, hateful targeting of our colleagues is beneath even her.
Why does anyone believe anything Donald Trump says anymore?
