RFK Jr. is a conspiracy theorist with zero medical qualifications. His hostility towards vaccines and cuts to HHS research funding are pushing scientific breakthroughs further into the future, making our public health worse off.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: He should resign.

Thank you to everyone who came to our panel discussion on AI earlier this week!
As AI continues to shape the future of education and the workforce, it's important we continue having these conversations. Thank you again to North Central College for hosting us!
Happy Lunar New Year to all who celebrate in Illinois and around the world!
May the Year of the Horse bring new beginnings, good health, and prosperity to you and your loved ones.
I am keeping his family and loved ones in my thoughts, including my friend and colleague @jonathanjackson.house.gov.
Today, we mourn the passing of Reverend Jesse Jackson, a giant of the civil rights movement. Throughout his lifetime of advocacy, he was a voice for the voiceless and strengthened our commitment to justice for all.
It's hard to believe it's been 7 years since the Henry Pratt shooting in Aurora. My heart is with the Aurora community today as we remember the innocent lives taken too soon and the police officers harmed.
Congress must implement reforms to prevent tragedies like this from happening again.
Today, funding for DHS has lapsed and the agency has shut down. Democrats have proposed commonsense reforms to DHS and ICE. As long as Republicans refuse to implement these measures, I will vote against funding for the agency.
Don't forget! This upcoming Monday, February 16, I'm hosting a panel with North Central College on AI's impact on education and the workforce.

Trump's decision to revoke the endangerment finding at the EPA — the basis for regulating greenhouse gas pollution — is a blow to decades of climate progress. This opens the door to more pollution, and more people getting sick.
So much for the "cleanest air and water in the world
The SAVE Act would disenfranchise millions of Americans, and would inject federal law enforcement into our elections. I voted NO.
Trump's out-of-control tariffs have raised costs for consumers and hurt American manufacturers. Tonight, Republicans joined Democrats in the House to stand up to this administration and rebuke the tariffs on Canada.
I'm glad Congress is reclaiming our authority on trade policy.
Illinois already sends more money to the federal government than we get back. This is blatant political retribution, and it's deeply unfair to the over 430,000 people impacted by intense storms last summer.

Trump has denied FEMA disaster relief funds for communities in my district across Boone, Cook, Kane, McHenry, and Will counties. Trump explicitly tied this disaster relief to politics—saying that relief funds he granted Alaska and North Dakota were because they voted for him "BIG" in past elections.
It was great to be in Bolingbrook this past weekend for the Black History Month Awareness Club's annual celebration!
Black history is American history. This month and every month, we honor the contributions and resilience of Black Americans.

There is no excuse. We have seen these vile, hateful depictions before. We know its intent.
This blatant racism toward former President and First Lady Obama has no place in America.
Trump is a national embarrassment to our country.
Join me for my upcoming panel discussion co-hosted by North Central College on Artificial Intelligence and its impact on education and the workforce.

Good luck to Wauconda's own Olympic ski jumper, Kevin Bickner!
Illinois is cheering you on in Milan!

In response, I'm leading over 25 colleagues on H.Res.100 to call on the administration to pursue arms control talks with Russia and China. This cannot wait.
