In August, David D. Kirkpatrick reported that the President and his family had made $3.4 billion by leveraging his position. At the end of Trump’s first year back in office, the number has ballooned to an estimated $4 billion. newyorkermag.visitlink.me/_GjJkg
When Americans are being killed, detained, harassed, and silenced by their government, the House of Representatives should have no other priority than protecting the people that we represent and the Constitution that this administration is flouting.
Every day, doctors and scientists in #TX07 are fighting on the frontlines against cancer.
Americans want Congress to do the same--to invest in and support this life-saving work in cancer prevention, research, and care.
Good to be with Harris County Commissioner Lesley Briones and our #TX07 neighbors at this weekend's town hall meeting in #Alief.
Thanks to all who came out, asked questions, and made your voices heard. We need your participation now more than ever.
Team #TX07 was happy to help Vlad continue his studies by communicating with USCIS on his behalf, and we're happy to help people throughout our district with matters relating to other federal agencies.

Their patriotism and dedication to service represent the best of our country, and I was glad to celebrate them with their families last week! (3/3)

Today's arrests are another attack on the Constitution, but they won't be the last. (2/3)
Freedom of the press is written into our Constitution for a reason. As is the freedom to assemble and protest. Both are essential to the origin story of the United States, and to its existence. (1/3)

#TX07 is a hub for scientific research and advancements in part because of the talent we draw from all over the world. This reckless decision from Governor Abbott threatens Houston's status as a world leader in these life-saving innovations.
