“Educators across the region are bracing for federal funding cuts…it comes as cash-strapped public school districts are facing additional federal cuts that target kids in some of the region’s most rural and underserved areas.”
In my conversations with farmers and small businesses across New Hampshire, three common enemies have emerged: abusive corporate monopolies, senseless red tape, and costly trade wars. In Congress, I’m working to take them on and deliver you a fair deal.
Throughout my lifetime, Tess Kuenning has been a tireless champion for the health of the people of New Hampshire. Because of Tess, Bi-State is a lifeline for people across the state. Tess: thank you for your 30 years at the helm. New Hampshire is healthier and stronger because of you.
While this federal funding being released is good news, this money was delayed — not cancelled. There are still two cancelled TRIO programs that we are keeping up the fight for, alongside all the other promised and cancelled federal grants for New Hampshire's students.
BREAKING: After fierce advocacy, the Trump Admin is providing more than $1 million in delayed education funding promised to NH. This is far from the end. Millions in cancelled federal funding is still outstanding. I will not rest until every penny of federal funding promised to NH is delivered.
Following the passing of her daughter, Donna from Webster spent a year battling with Social Security to receive her daughter’s Disability Income, which she was owed. Donna reached out to our office, and we worked with Social Security to ensure that her family received the benefits they were owed.
One week ago, I voted for a budget that would keep our government open, protect healthcare for millions of Americans, & lower costs. Republicans blocked that budget & senselessly left town. If Republicans keep refusing to do their jobs, they will cause the government to shut down in 5️⃣ days.
We’re living through the most brutal attack on our community health centers in our history. The pain is real for patients, providers, and places like Lamprey Health in Nashua. Important conversation about how gutting healthcare is raising your costs. I’ll never stop fighting for your healthcare.
There is no scientific evidence that Tylenol in pregnancy causes autism. RFK Jr. has no business serving in a position of public trust. He has made America sicker every day on the job. His latest baseless and bizarre assertions about Tylenol are downright dangerous. www.wmur.com/article/new-...
While big healthcare corporations put profits over people, community health centers are working to deliver us the care we need when we need it. That’s what I saw yesterday in Franklin at HealthFirst, and that’s why I’m working with all I’ve got in Congress to protect community health centers.
Granite Staters know this simple rule – you don't go home until the job is done. Instead of canceling votes and pushing America closer to a government shutdown, it's time for Speaker of the House Mike Johnson to reach across the aisle and be open to compromise.
“What I've seen is how these programs have changed people's lives, truly changed them for the better,” Goodlander said in an interview. Read more about how the Trump Admin's decisions to gut education funding are hurting NH, and how I'm fighting back ⬇️
The lives of thousands of Granite Staters across generations have been changed for the better because of the very programs that the Trump Administration has put on the chopping block. I will not stop working to deliver every penny that was promised to New Hampshire.
Praying for every person touched by the shootings at Sky Meadow. Grateful to the Good Samaritans of Nashua, our first responders, Nashua Fire Rescue, Nashua Police Department, and all of our law enforcement partners acting with courage to save lives, care for the victims, and keep Nashua safe.
