Trump is being ordered to provide food assistance. They have the money, they have the precedence, and now they have a judge’s ruling. They need to get this money out the door to people now.
Projected 2026 ACA insurance premiums are now online (healthcare.gov).
Without tax credits, an average family of four would pay more than double for coverage. Families can’t afford that.
Congress needs to reach a deal to protect healthcare.

We had lunch with SW Ohioans to talk about what’s at stake if Congress doesn’t extend the ACA tax credits.
Hearing their stories makes it real - health insurance will skyrocket, and thousands could lose coverage altogether.
They have the money to fund SNAP through November. They refuse to use it.
The cruelty is the point.
The only way out of this shutdown is for people to get in a room, negotiate, and stay there until a deal is done.
6) The shutdown ends when Trump tells Congressional Republicans to work with Democrats to reopen the government and protect healthcare for tens of millions of Americans.
5) Food is not a Democratic or Republican investment. It’s food.
Trump should tell Americans right now they will fund SNAP.
