Heather Cox Richardson writes about this and more:
The SAVE America Act would give your private voter information to the Department of Homeland Security.
It's wrong.
We have a compromise which would fund TSA, the Coast Guard, and FEMA, but Speaker Johnson just rejected it on national TV.
I didn't think anyone could sound as deranged as Donald Trump, but this comes close.
One of the most important functions of our office is to help constituents navigate federal agencies and access the services they deserve. I'm proud of the work we've done to assist so many people throughout our community.
Read some of their stories here:

Today is Equal Pay Day.
The wage gap we're highlighting today isn't just lost income. It's also missed opportunities and economic inequality for women and families across our country.
Equal work deserves equal pay. It’s time to close the gap.
Donald Trump is making life harder for families.
The American people know it. He knows it. And that's why he's trying to silence voters.
Republicans are in on the scheme. They know the SAVE America Act will make it harder for women to vote. They just don't care.
Mr. Speaker, it's clear you only cry fraud when states don't vote in your favor...I think the American people can see what's going on. #TrumpVotesbyMail
I'm reading 1984, and George Orwell would be shocked and dismayed this kind of doublespeak actually exists. #TrumpVotesbyMail
