Right now, predatory companies can mislead veterans seeking benefits, charge sky-high fees, and face almost no consequences.
My bipartisan SAVE Act will shut down these "claim sharks" and make it easier for veterans to find free or low-cost help when they need it most.

Trump's tariffs are playing into the hands of the CCP.
➡️ "The decline in U.S. exports was made up by a surge in China’s exports to the rest of the world."
We need to act to make housing more affordable.
I support New Dems in urging the Trump administration to help us address the housing crisis.
This means both lifting tariffs on materials and working with Congress to incentivize land use to increase housing production.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by our ACA Open Enrollment Resource Fair in Tempe, and a big shoutout to our community partners for helping folks compare plans and navigate the process.
Make sure you pick a plan by 12/15 if you want your coverage to begin on January 1st!
It's past time we vote to ban stock trading for Members of Congress.
It’s championship day for the Chandler Wolves.
Good luck in your Open Division title game tonight — play your hearts out and bring it home.
Go Wolves! 🐺
This week we marked Special Education Day — a chance to recognize the students, families, and educators who make our schools more inclusive and our communities stronger.
We must increase funding for special education services so every child has the tools to learn.
It was great to meet with Councilmember Angel Encinas about delivering for our communities and bringing water infrastructure funding home to Chandler.
Thanks for dropping by!
Rep. Grijalva is doing what a Member of Congress should do: standing up for her constituents.
Pepper spraying an elected official doing her job is outrageous and does nothing to make Arizona communities safer.
Excited to root for the Sun Devils as they take the court for the second round of the NCAA tournament.
Good luck to the team tonight!

Like @repgregstanton.bsky.social - ending veteran homelessness is our top priority. We know what works to get & keep veterans housed. But Trump isn't following the formula for success. He's changing course and criminalizing homelessness. This will result in one thing: more homeless veterans.

Pete Hegseth is a threat to our servicemembers, and must resign immediately.
Statement from New Dem Chair @repschneider.bsky.social & National Security Working Group Chair @cisneros.house.gov.
Tomorrow, Dec. 6, my office is hosting an Affordable Care Act Open Enrollment Info Fair at the Tempe Public Library.
We’ll have health care experts and my staff on hand from 10am-12pm to help you navigate the process and answer your questions. See you there!
Fighting for affordable health care, groceries, energy, and housing isn’t a “con job," it’s what is owed to American families in this time of uncertainty.
Trump should work with us instead of denying that affordability is an issue.
The Pentagon Inspector General found Pete Hegseth endangered our servicemembers’ lives.
He needs to go, stat.
Grateful my team could be there for the State of the City to celebrate the incredible team of local partners we work with every day.

Congrats Mayor Corey Woods on your State of the City Address and your excellent leadership in Tempe.
Tempe is firing on all cylinders: a thriving university, a renewed downtown, strong public schools, and city leadership that keeps delivering for the community.
Students shouldn't pay the price for politics in Washington.
I'm proud to stand up for academic freedom and to fight for fair access to research funding so Arizona and U.S. universities can remain the envy of the world.
Millions of Americans are about to be thrown off their health insurance.
Every House Democrat is supporting legislation to extend ACA cost savings for three more years. All we need is four of our colleagues to join us to pass the bill.

You don’t fight drug trafficking by freeing the man who flooded our streets with cocaine.
This pardon is an insult to law enforcement and a gift to the cartels.
