Just taking a moment to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holidays from New Mexico! Wishing you all a bright and joyful day!!🎄❤️
Whether you call them luminarias or faralitos (we see you in el Norte)—and whether you eat red or green (red, obviously! 🌶️)—it’s one of our favorite times of year here in Albuquerque. And, we want to wish you a very Merry Christmas from Old Town, from our family to yours! 🎄🌟
The cover-up and level of incompetence is truly astounding.
Perjury. Contempt of Congress. Lying to the public. It’s all there in the files.
Documents show that federal investigators knew of at least 10 co-conspirators.
Why were they never prosecuted? Why is the Admin shielding their names? Why did they lie to Congress? We will get to the bottom of this.

This is YOUR Nation’s Capitol. While Donald Trump is trying to demolish and remodel the White House and other federal buildings—we’re here to say hands off our federal buildings with a new bill this week to protect them.
That’s why I introduced the Federal Facilities Protection and Oversight Act.
Amazing things are happening at the ABQ BioPark! Just yesterday, the first Mexican Gray Wolves were brought into a new conservation facility, made specifically to help their population grow and thrive! The Endangered Species Act is so important. We must protect wildlife like the Mexican Gray Wolves.
Proud to stand with my friend Sen Kim and fight for the Presidential Management Fellows program! PMF helped launch both of our journeys in public service. But Trump is trying to end the program. We need our best and brightest in public service, and we’re going to make sure PMF is protected in law!
The Epstein Files have dropped. I’m back in Albuquerque. And here’s what’s going on with these files. ⬇️
DOJ’s Epstein Files portal is live. We tried it and can tell you it doesn’t follow the law. Trump’s own Chief of Staff says he’s in the files. Yet, he’s not here.
The law is clear: they must release ALL of the files (including the ones with Trump) TODAY. ⬇️
www.justice.gov/epstein
This is what the law says. THIRTY days and ALL the files. Time is up. Release the Files.
All. Legal. Options. Are. On. The. Table.
Trump and the Admin are now saying they will not comply with today’s Epstein Files Transparency Act deadline. This was not a suggestion. This is the law. Our joint statement from @democrats-judiciary.house.gov and @oversightdemocrats.house.gov.
Friends, I’m on my way back to New Mexico after a disappointing end to the legislative session and have a lot to update you on.
Here’s the latest before we head into the holidays. ⬇️
The clock is ticking. Trump and his Admin have until tomorrow to release the Epstein files. Yet they still have not, and the Speaker has cancelled votes.
What are they still trying to hide?
The Speaker canceled votes tomorrow and refused to hold a vote on extending the ACA. What did my colleagues use their last remaining hours on the floor to do?
Attack healthcare for low-income LGBTQ+ kids one week from Christmas, & two weeks before millions of Americans lose support for healthcare.
