Trump says there’s no money for healthcare. But apparently there are billions of dollars for ICE and his costly war with Iran. The President does not care about working people.
Your tax dollars should make your life safer and more affordable. But instead of lowering costs for working families, Republicans’ budget bill gives ICE another $70 billion to continue brutalizing our communities without any accountability or oversight.
Trump promised to lower costs on “day one” and said there would be “no new wars.” More than 500 days into his second term, the only thing Trump has delivered are broken promises.
It was great to meet the Inland Empire high school students heading to a United States Service Academy next year! This accomplishment takes courage, sacrifice and patriotism. Congratulations to Anne Macayra, Brandon Hanson, Sean Ronnie, Cole Pacheco and Xavier Felipe!
House Democrats just passed our War Powers Resolution to put a stop to Trump’s reckless and costly war with Iran with bipartisan support. Donald Trump must end his war NOW.
Congratulations to the University of Redlands softball team on winning its first-ever NCAA Division III National Championship! As a proud alum, I couldn't be more excited to see the Bulldogs make history. You've made the Inland Empire proud. 🥎🔥 #GoDawgs
Today, the House will vote on Democrats’ War Powers Resolution to end Trump’s war with Iran. Republicans cowardly canceled votes last week because they knew it would pass. House Democrats will not back down.
The homophobic comment from Rep. Andy Ogles is disgusting and un-American.  The LGBTQI+ community will always have a place in America. Rep. Andy Ogles’ hatred and bigotry do not.
I heard from detainees at the Adelanto ICE detention center about the facility’s dangerous, unsanitary and inhumane conditions. Democrats won’t give ICE another cent until their chaos and brutality are reined in and real reforms are in place.
It was great to join @mikethompson.house.gov last week at UC Davis for a town hall! We talked to students about how House Democrats are fighting to make college more affordable and accessible for young people so they can build brighter futures.
Cuts to CalFresh made by Trump and Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill kick in today, threatening food assistance benefits for hundreds of thousands of Californians. People go hungry while billionaires get richer. abc7.com/post/new-cal...
Congratulations to Shrey Parikh from Rancho Cucamonga on his record-breaking victory at this year’s Scripps National Spelling Bee🎉 Shrey, your smarts, hard work and determination have truly made the Inland Empire proud! ktla.com/news/inland-...
The prices of gas, groceries, electricity and more are skyrocketing thanks to inflation and Trump’s war with Iran. The President is asleep at the wheel while working Americans struggle to get by.
