From Capitol Hill to Smith Hill, Americans came together to call for change and action. We have a mandate. Now, it’s time to deliver on affordability and accountability.
🚨 BIG WIN! 🚨 Revolution Wind is 100% operational and delivering clean energy to Rhode Island. That’s the Blue Economy in action: good-paying union jobs, clean energy, and a stronger future for our families and businesses. 🌊🌊🌊
Joined Child and Family RI’s Annual Meeting to recognize their work supporting children in foster care and families across our state. I’ll keep fighting to make life more affordable for families and stop the cuts in the Big, Ugly Law.
Glad to hear James received his tax refund! If you or someone you know has an issue with a federal agency, reach out to my team for help! 📧AmoOffice@mail.house.gov 📞401-729-5600
Huge thank you to all the dedicated poll workers and volunteers working long hours across Rhode Island to make Election Day possible. Your service makes our democracy stronger.
The new Cass Park Community Center is an investment in Woonsocket’s people and future. With $7 million in federal funding, the center will offer Rhode Islanders of all ages access to classrooms, a computer lab, telemedicine services, athletic facilities, and more.
Celebrated the grand reopening of the Jamestown Senior Center! Gratified to join with my colleagues across government to provide the funding needed to modernize and repair this vital space where local seniors can gather for meals, wellness classes, and learning programs.
Got to see some creative costumes at the Pawtucket Halloween Hootenanny & Parade! And it was all treats, no tricks at Billy Taylor Park in Providence, handing out candy to trunk-or-treaters with my colleagues in government. Loved to see the community come together for a fun night!
His generosity and contributions to Rhode Island will not be forgotten. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. My thoughts are with his family.
Aram Garabedian was a public servant, a family man, and an example of what makes Rhode Island great. A U.S. Army veteran and proud son of Armenian parents, he dedicated his life to serving others, including on the Cranston School Committee, in the General Assembly, and on the Cranston City Council.
Service is hope in action! Kicked off a brand new year of community service with the AmeriCorps City Year members who will be working in Rhode Island to better our schools and students. Looking forward to their impact this year!
Appreciated speaking with more than 400 RI high school students at the Future Business Leaders of America Fall Leadership Conference! Keep building your skills, serving our community, and finding new ways to lead and innovate. I can’t wait to see what these future leaders accomplish.
From improving public safety to cleaning our drinking water and rivers, I’m fighting in Congress to ensure #RI01 communities have the resources they need. I was proud to deliver over $11 million in federal funding to support local projects this year. Swipe to learn more⬇️
Game night at Nathanael Greene Middle School!🎲🃏 Enjoyed playing Connect 4 with these competitive Providence students. Thanks to Chester and WINGS Mentorship Through Sports organizing this fun night for students!
