I am also grateful for law enforcement’s swift response, which helped stop the suspects and protect the students, families, and community members who were learning and worshipping at the Islamic Center.
My prayers are with the victims, their loved ones, and every member of the community affected by this senseless tragedy.
My heart goes out to the Clairemont community following the deadly attack at the Islamic Center of San Diego. I am deeply saddened by the loss of life and the injuries suffered in this horrific act of violence.
