Mike Johnson refuses to do the one thing that will actually lower health care costs for Coloradans next year: extend the ACA tax credits.

⏰21 days before premiums skyrocket for 22 million Americans. In Denver, that means a 60-year-old couple faces $21,202 in extra costs. A family of four faces $12,167 more. Republicans made clear today they have no interest in lowering costs for working families.
I have been saying for months that I would not support additional offensive weapon sales to Israel that could be used against innocent Palestinians.
That’s why I voted against the NDAA today.

Americans need to know: a bipartisan deal to protect fertility care for our troops was ready to go — and overnight, the Speaker torpedoed it. It’s control, plain and simple. Those who fight for our freedom deserve the same freedom to build their families on their terms.

The Crapo/Cassidy proposal doesn't even extend the ACA tax credits, leaving thousands of Coloradans to suffer with premiums that now cost double. This is nothing more than a smokescreen for Republicans to hide behind as they reject Democrats' proposal to simply extend the credits.
⏰ 22 days left before premiums spike for 22 million Americans. That means millions will have to choose between paying for prescriptions or feeding their kids. It’s time Republicans realized the easiest solution is simply extending ACA premium support.
Trump just rated his economy an “A-plus-plus-plus-plus-plus” as families in Denver struggle to afford groceries, health care, child care, rent, and other every day expenses.
Donald Trump is out-of-touch and gaslighting the American people.

Trump’s reckless tariff scheme sent farmers into crisis, and now he wants $12 billion from taxpayers to paper over the damage. This needs to stop. The tariffs need to go.

This afternoon’s ceremony for Sen. Faith Winter was deeply touching. Faith led with courage and heart, always fighting for the people she served. Colorado won’t be the same without her, but her legacy will continue to light the way.
I renew my demand to the Republican leadership to bring RFK Jr. before the Energy & Commerce Health Subcommittee to explain his assault on science. There must be accountability as this administration makes decisions that jeopardize the health of American children.
Now, because of an ACIP stacked with vaccine conspiracy theorists, children will be more likely to get preventable diseases and die.
Donald Trump and RFK Jr. have eroded Americans’ confidence in public health and diminished our capacity to protect the public, from hawking unproven treatments to ousting trusted medical experts across the federal government.
This administration’s anti-science agenda is going to get kids killed. The vote by members of ACIP to end the universal Hepatitis B vaccine birth dose recommendation for newborns is not supported by science and is incredibly reckless.

Over 60,000 Colorado service members put their lives on the line for us. They deserve leaders who protect them — not endanger them, as Pete Hegseth did. I called for his resignation then. The case is even clearer today.

Trump promised lower energy bills on Day One.
316 days later, Republicans just blocked my amendment to guarantee exactly that.
Every single Republican voted NO.
Someone you love is alive because of an NIH-funded breakthrough — a cancer therapy, a diabetes treatment, an affordable drug developed in a small lab somewhere in America.
Trump’s anti-science agenda is stealing that future. Cutting NIH doesn’t save money. It costs lives.

The Hepatitis B birth dose is credited for a 99 percent drop in infections, and RFK Jr. and his vaccine conspiracy theorists on ACIP want to scrap that dose.
Their anti-science agenda is going to lead to preventable deaths for American children.
Shameful.

If you or your family are affected by Trump's actions on asylum, refugee resettlement, Special Immigrant Visas, green cards, or other immigration policies, my office is here to help. You can call my District Office at (303) 844-4988.
Coloradans have welcomed thousands of refugees from Afghanistan, Ukraine, and dozens of other countries.
Trump wants us to abandon them based on a crime they had nothing to do with. He says we'll only be safe without "them."
It's a lie to divide us. We're strongest when we stand together.

Alignment stats consider only votes where a clear yes/no majority existed for the legislator's party. Cross-party marks divergence where the vote matched the opposite party majority. ↔ indicates cross-party divergence.
