I called for Kristi Noem's removal. I voted against funding her lawless operations, and supported her impeachment.
Today she's out. But the damage she did to Americans — including labeling victims "domestic terrorists" after being killed by her agents — won’t be erased.
I'll keep fighting to...

Maybe you should have planned for stranded Americans as you made plans to start a war. Although it’s possible you didn’t plan for either, because you’re that incompetent.
More info below and call my office at (818) 524-4384 if its still not working for you, they can help:

Kash Patel should resign. His jetsetting habits (all on the taxpayer dime) impeded the federal government’s response to the terrible tragedy last year at Brown University. It’s ridiculous.
Saying that he’s extremely unqualified to be FBI director is a serious understatement.
Absolutely devastating news this morning. Three heroic U.S. service members have been killed and five seriously wounded.
I am praying for those lost, and wishing a full recovery for the injured. My heart goes out to their families and loved ones. May their memories be a blessing.
As Trump drags us toward war with Iran, Speaker Johnson canceled two days of votes next week. This is unacceptable.
SpeakerJohnson must bring us back immediately so we can vote on the war powers resolution. Do your job!
This is the Iran War Powers Resolution we absolutely need to vote on immediately. I cosponsored it last June because I was worried that this would happen.

I stand for the freedom of the Iranian people, and support their fight for the right to choose their own leaders. However, we are a country of laws, and no President is above the law or the Constitution.
We cannot allow President Trump to drag Americans into another endless war. That is why I have supported bipartisan legislation to end US involvement in Iran without Congressional authorization since June of 2025. We must vote on that legislation immediately.
Temple Emanu El is my temple.
It is a place that welcomes everyone, not just those of the Jewish faith, and seeing the desecration of its walls with swastikas is heartbreaking.
Read my full statement below:
There is not a penny from your pocketbook that Trump won’t trade to enrich himself. That’s why I’m fighting these tariffs and working on making things more affordable for Americans. (2/2)
$4 billion to President Trump and his family, while American families each had to pay $1,200 more last year because of his tariff tantrums. (1/2)
I've joined the bipartisan War Powers Resolution to check Trump's reckless power grabs, and stop him from dragging us into another ‘forever war’. (2/2)
The American people have made it abundantly clear: Trump must not initiate a war with Iran without explicit Congressional approval. The Constitution gives Congress, and Congress alone, war powers. (1/2)
Loved welcoming the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments to D.C. to discuss their work and ways we can work more closely together.
Partnerships like these are how we bring home investments to make our communities more affordable places to live, work, and raise a family.
Hours of ‘everything is great’ from the man who’s dismantling healthcare, handing tax cuts to billionaires, and making your life more expensive with illegal tariffs.
Trump has cut healthcare to pay for billionaire tax cuts, raised tariffs costing families thousands, and made our communities less safe.
This is time better spent.
I won’t be at the State of the Union tonight. I spent time before it started with some friends like @brotherjones.bsky.social, @fernandez.house.gov, and @mcbride.house.gov instead.
The President will bring bluster and BS tonight. The truth is that Americans know things aren't "great again" when they're struggling to pay rent or mortgages, and grocery prices climb.
I won’t be there to give him the audience he craves.

Congress needs to pass a new Water Resources Development Act to ensure the affordability and resiliency of water resources projects across America.
At today’s hearing, T&I Dems will discuss their priorities for WRDA 2026. www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_sc...
