If my Republican colleagues are so pro-life, they would support programs that children & working families rely on.
Medicaid is the largest insurer of children. SNAP benefits help kids have with nutritious meals in and out of school. If you are really pro-life, work with us to fund these programs.

Republicans control all of Congress and WH. Since Election Day, all they talk about is their ‘mandate’ and how they don’t need Dems. Now it’s our fault THEY can’t pass THEIR bill?
We won’t roll over on the values half the country sent us here to represent. If you want our votes, include our ideas.
My Democratic colleagues and I have made it clear: we are united in support of a four-week spending bill that restores Congress’s power of the purse, keeps government open, and allows for an actual bipartisan solution. I will stay in DC as long as it takes.

Thanks again to @repvalhoyle.bsky.social for inviting us to be part of a tele-town hall last night. We heard from so many Oregonians w/personal stories of how federal firings and funding cuts are impacting them. These stories help us in our legal fight to protect our citizens!
This bill enables the President and his administration to spend taxpayer dollars however they want and without accountability or oversight from Congress. I voted no.
