Americans deserve leaders who make their lives more affordable - Trump and his tariff policy aren’t that.
Trump’s tariffs made life more expensive for everyday Americans. They weren’t strategic. They weren’t thoughtful. They were reckless and chaotic.
Plus, the so-called “no tax on overtime”was crafted so narrowly that it barely applies to anyone.
This is not economic relief, it’s a scam. Americans deserve better.
FACT CHECK: Trump and Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill gives the top 0.1% a tax break of $847 every single day. Americans earning less than $50,000 get just 68 cents.
Trump and Republicans just want to do one thing: to make big corporations even richer with public land giveaways and tax breaks. And who foots the bill for these corporate handouts? The American people. We must protect our lands and waters, not just auction them off.
Trump’s “Drill, baby, drill” agenda does nothing to help protect our beautiful, nature-filled lands and waters.
Trump is lying to you about our economy. Here’s the reality:
Job growth is slowing. Housing, groceries and insurance costs continue to increase.
Republicans don’t have a plan to bring down costs. American families are paying the price.
Trump’s Terror Patrol is terrorizing our communities, killing and detaining citizens. Immigrants are not the problem — ICE is.
We shouldn’t give another dime to ICE as it now operates. And Kristi Noem must be impeached.

The American people, small businesses and farmers have paid the price for Trump’s Tariff war which wasn't based on economics or trade. He prioritized his own power and desire to make a deal, often for his own family’s gain, rather than your pocketbook.
Republicans in Congress refused to exercise their constitutional duty to stop Trump’s unconstitutional tariffs, so I am glad the Supreme Court finally recognized these tariffs; as illegal taxes.
What a contrast:
England investigates and arrests a member of the Royal Family.
Meanwhile, the US protects a president and refuses to investigate allegations of sex with a 14 year old, or any of the other 5,300 Epstein files with references to Trump.
When Trump and Republicans tried to sell off millions of acres of public land to pay for tax cuts for billionaire tax cuts, YOUR public outrage forced them to back down.
We won’t stop fighting.
