Our president is utterly unhinged and putting the lives of our troops and our national security at risk.

This is what Democrats have been fighting for since day one.
Trump kept saying NO to paying our hardworking TSA agents and other federal workers, all the while Americans unnecessarily suffered. Their incompetence is absolutely unacceptable.
$12 billion and counting for a war Congress never authorized. That's child care for 900,000 kids. Health care for 1.3 million Americans.
All while Colorado families can barely afford to put a roof over their heads and food on the table.
Democrats have been fighting to make sure TSA officers get paid — Republicans said no.
Now, Trump is sending ICE agents — who are not trained for airport security — to try & fix a problem he created in the first place. This is what incompetence looks like & it puts all of us at risk.
$2,500. That's what American families are expected to pay in tariff costs this year — even after the Supreme Court ruled they are illegal.
Working families continue to bear the brunt of a president who only cares about enriching himself & his billionaire friends.

Kash Patel fired the agents monitoring threats from Iran.
DOGE gutted FEMA, CISA, & the State Dept.
Then Trump started a war – this admin is wildly incompetent. The United States has never been more vulnerable.
Get ready for more increases in costs and delays for businesses. Our immigrants fill critical jobs to meet the needs of our economy.
Trump's policies aren't just terrible for the individuals he's targeting, it impacts all of us.
Gas was under $3 a gallon last week. Today it's almost $4 & climbing.
Trump & Republicans are calling this a small price to pay.
Colorado families are already stretching their paychecks through his tariffs & now his war. This is what happens when one person unilaterally starts a war with no plan.
CO's snowpack is at a decade's low, which could make this fire season even worse. Trump's response? Cut Colorado's public lands workforce & gut wildfire mitigation.
That's a disaster in the making. I'm demanding the Forest Service act now to protect our communities before it's too late.
No one in this country wants another endless war. Trump & his administration are wildly incompetent.
That's why I voted for the War Powers Resolution to reaffirm Congress's constitutional authority to declare war & rein in this rogue president who consistently undermines the rule of law.
Americans should not be left stranded in a time of crisis. Trump unilaterally dragged us into this conflict with no clear plan for keeping Americans safe.
Please keep contacting the State Department as well as our office so we can support you in any way we can.
Happy Holi - a celebration of color in the world, triumph over evil, and hope found in our community. To everyone celebrating around the world, may this Festival of Colors bring you joy, hope, & new beginnings.
In a time when so much can feel divided, moments like this remind us to lead with light.
Thank you to Mayor Johnston for standing up to this rogue admin & its ICE agents terrorizing our communities. When I was in the state legislature, I supported measures to make sure our local law enforcement does NOT cooperate with ICE. Colorado will always stand up for the safety of our residents.
Trump is disproportionately hurting women and families.
As we fight for our future, we need to center women & people who understand the real challenges families are facing - from childcare to health care & more.
My latest in The Denver Post on why women leaders matter now more than ever ⬇️
It's been 14 years since Trayvon Martin was killed simply because of the color of his skin. My heart breaks for his family, who never got justice.
No parent should fear for their child's safety because of their skin color. We must keep fighting for a country where every child is protected and safe.
The Supreme Court's decision confirmed what we already knew — Trump's tariffs are ILLEGAL.
The Supreme Court has done what it's supposed to do by finally putting a check on Donald Trump's lawlessness and complete abuse of power.
What people are being put through seemed unimaginable in this country before Trump.
This is not who we are as a country.
