- Ban presidents, vice presidents, and their businesses from selling this kind of information
- Penalize firms that buy it
- Recover profits made through these corrupt deals
Public office must serve the American people, not anyone’s Tony Soprano-style corruption.

🚨 REMINDER: I am hosting a town hall this Thursday in Newberg at 6:00 PM PT, and I want you to join!
An HIV diagnosis can bring challenges that stretch well beyond medical care.
CAP Northwest fills those gaps — even as the Trump Administration cuts vital care and prevention programs.
Their compassion inspires me, and I’ll keep fighting so they get the resources our communities rely on.

SCIENCE MINUTE: Hard-boiled egg vacuum.
Science is powered by people. If we don't invest in research, we risk losing talented scientists to other countries.
That sucks...eggs.

We are calling for Rep. Chuck Edwards to resign after a House Ethics investigation found he sexually harassed two women in his office.
Serving in Congress is a privilege and honor. Members are expected to act with integrity and dignity and must be held accountable when they fail to do so.

Rural communities are fighting to keep hospitals open after Republicans cut Medicaid by nearly $1 trillion.
Now, nearly 700 rural hospitals are at risk of closure.
Congressional Republicans don’t care about our rural communities.
Republicans have waged war on healthcare. Their Big Ugly Bill strips coverage from millions, drives up costs, & puts hospitals & nursing homes at risk of closing.
I'm fighting back. @housedemocrats.bsky.social will cancel these cuts, fix our broken system, & deliver affordable care for Americans.
We thank our brave and dedicated firefighters and first responders who are working around the clock to contain these blazes. I will keep working to deliver the resources they need to fight these fires. (2/2)
Oregon just surpassed 2 million acres burned this year.
This year's wildfire season has already devastated communities, wildlife habitats, and local economies. (1/2)
Please join me this Thursday at 6:00 PM PT for an IN-PERSON TOWN HALL in Newberg!
Hearing directly from Oregonians guides the work I do for our state in Congress, so I hope to see you there!
What would you do with an extra $3,600?
That’s how much more Oregon families are paying for goods and services under Trump.
The 211info center operates 24/7, providing Oregonians with real-time details on wildfire and smoke conditions as well as guidance on support services.

Trump is letting Wall Street firms pay up to $100,000 a month for faster access to his Truth Social posts. That includes announcements that move markets.
This pay-to-play scheme reeks of corruption. Wealthy traders should not get an advantage over working Americans.
Are you a college student or recent college grad who is interested in public service and working for our community?
Then this post is for you! Internship applications for my district offices are OPEN.
Applications must be submitted by August 21. Visit salinas.house.gov/internships to learn more.
Boone Bridge’s age and seismic risks make replacement planning urgent.
I visited this critical transportation link near Wilsonville to tour the project and support efforts to keep the I-5 corridor safe and reliable.
I’m fighting for more federal support to keep progress moving.
