Yesterday I was thrilled to celebrate the historic partnership between UMass Lowell Applied Research Corp. & Hanscom Air Force Base! This collaboration will drive our region’s leadership in research and development, create good-paying jobs and strengthen our national security.

First responders are still searching for bodies. Families are mourning their loved ones. A full investigation is underway. None of that stopped President Trump from politicizing yesterday’s tragedy. Disgusting.
Today in Lawrence, I was joined by GLACAC, GLFHC & CAI and local leaders to discuss the dangerous consequences of Donald Trump’s attempt to withhold federal funding for programs like food and rental assistance that working families depend on to make ends meet.

As we continue to receive information about the aircraft collision at Washington National Airport, I'm devastated by the loss of six Massachusetts residents, including two young teenagers. My heart is broken for their families, friends and the Skating Club of Boston community.

Let me be crystal clear: If Donald Trump tries to stand in the way of replacing the Rourke Bridge, we won’t hesitate to fight for every penny our community is owed to finally complete this project and make our city safer. www.lowellsun.com/2025/01/23/r...
This reckless, unprecedented power grab by Donald Trump will force millions of Americans across our country to choose between putting food on the table and keeping a roof over their heads. It’s dangerous and downright cruel to raise costs for families just trying to get ahead.
Donald Trump Orders Freeze On All Federal Grants And Loans In Huge Power Grab Democrats warned that Trump’s latest order could harm programs used by millions of Americans, including early childhood programs, and food and rent assistance. www.huffpost.com/entry/donald...
Today, on Holocaust Remembrance Day, we honor the 6 million Jews and millions of others who were murdered in the Holocaust. We treasure their stories, their lives, and their humanity, and we remember the unimaginable atrocities they endured. Never again means never forgetting.

January’s almost over, and House Republicans haven’t called a single vote to lower costs for working families.   And this week? Republicans don't have any votes scheduled at all. Instead, they’re living it up at a luxury golf club in Florida owned by the president.
For too long, Big Pharma has ripped off diabetics by jacking up the price of insulin. I voted to cap the price of insulin at $35 a month and end price-gouging of patients in need of medicine – saving #MA3 residents hundreds or even thousands each year! hitconsultant.net/2025/01/20/g...
Just a day after Republicans in Congress voted to pass legislation to track women's pregnancies, Donald Trump is working to restrict abortion care for women across our country and around the globe, even if their life is at risk.   Tell me how any of that lowers grocery prices.
As your representative, my top priority is to make sure I’m advocating for the issues that matter most to you. That’s why I’m excited to host my first town hall of 2025 on Saturday, February 1 at 10:00 AM in Billerica! Reserve your seat now:
