President Trump continues to roll out the red carpet for autocrats. First Putin, now Xi. Shamefully wining & dining our adversaries as he kicks our allies to the curb.
As an Army veteran, I know the true cost of war. For decades, Congress has let Presidents write blank checks for endless conflicts overseas. It has to stop. It’s time to repeal outdated laws, restore our constitutional duty to debate military action, and stop forever wars.
Whenever America faces a threat, the answer can’t always be to send our military and go to war. We have to put a stop to the endless cycle of conflict costing trillions of dollars and thousands of American lives.
Pete Hegseth is covering up the deaths of American servicemembers and contractors. It’s a betrayal of the men & women who have served and sacrificed for our country. I’m leading a new bill to prevent the Pentagon from manipulating government data on troop casualties. wapo.st/3SPycmE
The President says he is going to ban CNN, MSNOW and Politico from the White House. He’s trampling on our Constitution and the freedom of the press. His corruption is staggering–and his attempts to cover it up won’t work.
Always a great time seeing my friends from VFW Colorado in our nation’s capital! Our nation makes a promise to take care of our vets when they come home. I’m fighting to ensure we live up to that promise.
Big news—the House just passed my War Powers Resolution to end the reckless war in Iran. I’ll keep fighting & forcing votes to hold Trump accountable and stop the endless cycle of conflict in the Middle East.
More empty promises. Where are the $5,000 DOGE Dividends? Tariff refund checks? Americans deserve real action to lower costs, not more lip service from the President.
I’ll always remember those we lost on 9/11. Amidst such terror and tragedy, there were first responders who ran toward danger to save others. They will always be remembered as heroes.
A gallon of diesel is now at $6–the highest ever. Higher prices mean more expensive goods, food, and construction costs. Trump’s reckless war needs to end.
Pete Hegseth is incompetent & failing at his job. My Republican colleagues know it. The American people know it. He’s got to go.
Strength isn’t about facing every challenge alone. If you or a loved one can ever use help, call 988 to be connected with free, confidential counseling. Mental health struggles can affect any of us. Help is always just a phone call away.
