It's been more than a month since Republican Speaker Mike Johnson sent the House of Representatives home and forced a government shutdown.
He needs to bring the U.S. House back into session so that we can stop healthcare costs from soaring, re-open the government, and release the Epstein Files.
Life is already too expensive. Republican politicians who have full control of Washington need to work with Democrats to lower healthcare costs, extend ACA tax credits, and re-open our government.

Three years ago today, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette newsroom workers went on strike to demand basic healthcare benefits, fair pay, and dignity on the job.
It's the longest ongoing strike in America.
This isn't complicated. Speaker Johnson needs to call his Republican Members of Congress back to Washington. Let's hammer out a deal to get the government back open.
