Today marks three years since the start of Putin's unprovoked assault on Ukraine.
The United States must stand up to Putin's tyranny and continue supporting Ukraine in their fight for democracy. Anything less is putting our country and the free world in danger.

Republicans want to cut 2 TRILLION dollars from programs like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, all so they can fund tax cuts for their billionaire friends.
Earlier this week, I stood with my colleagues and Citizens Action/Illinois to speak out about how this would harm working families.
REMINDER: I'm hosting a telephone town hall TONIGHT at 7:00 PM CT. To sign up to receive a call, RSVP at foster.house.gov/teletownhall
Russia started this war—not Ukraine. Putin is a dictator—not Zelenskyy.
It’s shameful, yet unsurprising, that Trump has such little regard for democracy and the free world.
There are Republicans who voted for Ukraine aid and know that Trump is spewing lies. It’s long past time they speak up.
Thank you to RGA for dropping this note off at my office today. I will do everything in my power to fight these cuts.
Republicans are pushing $880 billion in Medicaid cuts so they can fund tax cuts for their billionaire friends. This would have devastating impacts on Americans with disabilities who rely on Medicaid to live healthy, independent lives—including those supported by the Ray Graham Association in Lisle.
Since its creation after the 2008 financial crisis, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has returned $20 billion to Americans harmed by financial institutions.
If you've benefited from the CFPB, my @ushousefsc.bsky.social colleagues and I want to hear from you. Share your story here:
In an era driven by rapid scientific advancement, this action, along with the numerous other attacks on science from the Trump Administration, will hinder innovation and threaten our nation's global competitiveness.
Firing 168 National Science Foundation employees is a devastating loss of expertise and institutional knowledge, especially at an agency that contributes so much valuable research on everything from public health to our national defense.
My office has received thousands of messages and calls from constituents concerned about the Trump Administration's actions. I hear you.
I'm hosting a telephone town hall on Thursday, February 20, at 7 p.m. CT to answer your questions on what's happening in Washington.
My heart is with the Aurora community today as we remember the innocent lives lost and the police officers harmed in the Henry Pratt shooting six years ago.
Congress can and must do more to prevent tragedies like this from happening again.
In their proposed budget, Republicans slash billions from Medicaid, all so they can pay for trillions of dollars in tax cuts for billionaires.
They have turned their back on working families.
When given the choice between defending scientific fact & indulging conspiracy theories, RFK Jr. has chosen the latter every single time.
When the US faces the next public health crisis, I hope that my sensible GOP colleagues put scientific integrity & American lives over their allegiance to Trump.
“Starting on day one, we will end inflation and make America affordable again.” - Donald Trump
Day 24:
The CFPB has returned $20 BILLION to Americans harmed by scammers, predatory lenders, and big banks.
Trump and Elon want to dismantle the CFPB and open the door for bad actors to rip off consumers without consequence.
We won't stand for it.
ICYMI: Trump, Elon, and their minions have effectively shut down the CFPB, making it much easier for big banks and predator lenders to rip you off.
I’m here at the CFPB to fight against these attacks that will harm consumers. Watch live:

If you or a loved one has cancer or Alzheimer's, or are in clinical trials for these or other diseases, you should know the Musk-Trump shutdown of medical research funding is a major threat to our ability to find cures.
We are shouting this out with one voice: beyer.house.gov/news/documen...
A good read on DOGE's ill-advised NIH funding cuts: goodscience.substack.com/p/indirect-c...
In fact, when the previous Trump Administration tried this in 2017, the Republican Congress explicitly forbade it:
The Trump Administration's willful ignorance of the critical funding behind our research infrastructure will put American lives at risk. We will remember this moment the next time a public health crisis strikes.

Alignment stats consider only votes where a clear yes/no majority existed for the legislator's party. Cross-party marks divergence where the vote matched the opposite party majority. ↔ indicates cross-party divergence.
