Reps Garcia, Ansari, Dexter, and myself + Abrego Garcia’s Family’s family lawyer Chris Newman will have a press conference to talk about our trip + US Embassy meeting. Livestream on my IG at 1PM (MT). @MaxwellFrostFL
We have arrived in El Salvador.
Trump is illegally arresting, jailing, & deporting people with no due process. We must hold the Administration accountable for these illegal acts and demand Kilmar’s release. Today it’s him, tomorrow it could be anyone else.

Chair Comer denied our request for an official trip to El Salvador to advocate for due process and the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Pretty shameful.
Good thing I don’t need Comer’s permission to get on a plane.
The White House drags this poor women in front of a ton of cameras and instructs her to criticize a guy who has nothing to do with the murder or her daughter.
Trump has ZERO respect for families and victims.
Leavitt was accompanied at Wednesday’s briefiing by Patty Morin, a Bel Air, Maryland woman whose daughter, Rachel Morin, was raped and murdered in August 2023 by a MS-13 member, Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez. www.independent.co.uk/news/world/a...
If we still had a White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention, they’d be in Tallahassee helping the community access federal resources for survivors, families, & students. Then they’d take what was learned to help prevent it from ever happening again.
Trump killed it on day 2.

BREAKING: Juan Carlos Lopez-Gomez has been released. This is the moment he reunited with his mom.
Our nations students shouldn’t have to have the fear of being shot at school, or anywhere. I’m praying for the families and wounded, I’m acting so it never happens again.
FSU, I’m so sorry our government has failed you.
This is disrespectful and a flat out lie that further stigmatizes autism. It’s not a virus or a disease - it’s a neurological condition with a wide spectrum. Many Americans with autism work, pay taxes, and are living happy and healthy lives.

If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.

Rising number of statements from
congressional Democrats to Kilmar Abrego Garcia case
Rep Maxwell Frost (D-FL): “This is government-funded kidnapping, plain and simple. No one is safe in Trump’s America; let that sink in”
We must all stand as a united front against the kidnapping and illegal detention of Kilmar Abrego Garcia in El Salvador.
Senator, I am willing to join you and help Organize other members of the House to do the same. @vanhollen.senate.gov

Maybe Elon can finally be useful. $50 mil sounds right.
Not only should he be brought back, but the United States Government should give him monetary compensation for the pain and suffering they’ve inflicted on him and his family.
