Happy Black History Month, y'all! As we celebrate 100 years of Black History Month, we not only celebrate how far our people have come, but recognize the unfinished work left to do to ensure a more just and equal future for all of us.
Early last year I approached Rep Gimenez with an offer to work together to protect immigrants in his district & mine. He rudely told me he had his own strategy & walked off.
Apparently his strategy was to do nothing for over a year to actually stop this.
Miami deserves better.
Wanna-be Gestapo leader is antisemitic??? Ya don’t say!

Two Democratic members of Congress attacked in three days. Maxwell Frost was assaulted on Saturday, Ilan Omar tonight.
Our VA Secretary wants all of his employees who serve our nation’s veterans to understand that if masked federal agents execute you on the streets in cold blood, he will not give a damn about you and will use your death as an opportunity to spread propaganda for the President.

I'm glad my friend Maxwell is okay.
But violence begets violence. The man who attacked him yelled "we are going to deport you and your kind" before punching Maxwell in the face.
There are consequences for the way Trump is normalizing and excusing violence.

Last night, I was assaulted by a man at Sundance Festival who told me that Trump was going to deport me before he punched me in the face. He was heard screaming racist remarks as he drunkenly ran off. The individual was arrested and I am okay.

Every Democratic Senator must vote NO on DHS/ICE funding. Continuing to fund this agency that is terrorizing and murdering our people makes you complicit. They EXECUTED Alex Pretti.
Every Senator must draw a line in the stand here.

Frost: Any person who sees the president in his speeches blabbering incoherently knows that there is something bigger going on there.

One year into Trump’s presidency, Florida families are paying $1,342 more as the cost of food, housing, health care, and utilities keeps rising.
Republicans broke their promises, and families are stuck with higher bills. I’m not backing down — and I’ll keep fighting to make life more affordable.
So much love and joy at today’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day parades! From downtown Orlando to the Historic Town of Eatonville. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

WILL CAIN: I'd be careful if I were you. I believe you're liable for defamation
MAXWELL FROST: I am not going to be careful in terms of calling out what so many people saw. Renee Nicole Good did not get the due process she deserves.

Frost: People should know that them cutting your healthcare, them cutting nutritional assistance, SNAP benefits, all this stuff—they're cutting that from working people so they can give ICE money to go terrorize our communities.

Frost: For so long, the right wing has held up patriotism as a vibe, as an aesthetic. But patriotism is more than bald eagles and flags and beer. Patriotism is about loving the people who live in the damn country — every single one of them.

WILL CAIN: Joining me now is Democrat Florida congressman Maxwell Frost
