I am heartbroken by the news of the two children who lost their lives & the countless others who were injured & traumatized at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis today.
People should be able to worship freely without fear of losing their lives or their children.

An immigrant doesn’t stand between you and a good job.
A billionaire does.

To every politician across the country, America’s unions have a simple question: which side are you on? The side of working families fighting for freedom, fairness and security, or the billionaires trying to gut our health care, SNAP, and jobs?
I hear the same thing from people in every community: we need safe streets, affordable homes, access to health care, & a clean environment.
These investments are part of our promise to bring our tax dollars back home to invest in Oregon.
Thank you for letting me serve you.
THIS WEEK! If you’re in & around Eugene come by, ask questions, & hear about my work in D.C.

EUGENE, I want to hear from you!
Join me at my Eugene town hall on WEDNESDAY, August 20th at South Eugene High School. Doors open at 5PM!
I'll be giving you updates on my work in D.C. & taking your questions!
SOCIAL SECURITY ISN'T AN ENTITLEMENT, IT'S AN EARNED BENEFIT.
On it's 90th anniversary, Social Security is under attack like never before. That's why I’m fighting alongside @sanders.senate.gov to pass our Social Security Expansion Act to expand benefits & extend the life of the program by 75 years.

The EPA just dropped its union contracts—claiming “national security” as an excuse. This isn’t vigilance—it’s union-busting, plain and simple. We must stand with EPA workers fighting for their rights and for clean air and water. seiu.co/45pQ237
Throughout August, I've met with health care providers across the district & one thing is clear: the Republican budget bill will worsen care & close hospitals.
These firsthand testimonies will guide my work when I return to D.C., as we fight to prevent the worst of these cuts from taking effect.

Hey VA Secretary Doug Collins, this you? Were you telling the truth during your hearing or do you just not care about the rights of workers at the VA?
America’s unions will fight this disgusting union busting—we’re not going anywhere.
Reposted byRepresentative Val Hoyle
Everyone who cares about the fundamental freedoms of working people should be outraged by the VA terminating the union contracts of hundreds of thousands of workers. America’s unions aren’t going anywhere—and we’re calling on workers everywhere to join us. aflcio.org/press/releas...

I stand with the @aflcio.org, AFGE, @nffe.bsky.social, @seiu.org, & NNOC/NNU.
An attack on one of us, is an attack on all. We will not back down.

Today, VA Secretary Collins notified unionized VA workers that their contracts were terminated effective immediately.
This is union busting. All because workers are speaking up about how budget cuts harm our veterans. [1/2]
We need to end gerrymandering & pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act - now.
Because politicians shouldn’t get to choose their voters. Voters should choose their representatives.
This fight is far from over and we will not back down. [2/2]
60 years ago, the Voting Rights Act became law & today it's under attack.
Across the country, Republican officials are working to silence minorities & rig the game.
If they're done playing fair, we're done playing nice. The gloves are off. [1/2]
