In 2021, Trevor Milton was charged with defrauding investors.
In 2022, he was convicted.
In 2024, he donated $1.8 million to Trump’s campaign.
In 2025, Trump pardoned Milton and the SEC dismissed his case.
Corruption by Trump — plain and simple. www.reuters.com/world/us/us-...

Falling credit scores, Trump empowers Big Oil polluters, a court rejects Trump’s attempt to fire Lisa Cook, and we’re one signer away from forcing a vote to release the Epstein Files.
Here are your weekly 3 bad things and 3 good things you need to know!
UPDATE: the Committee voted down my amendment to block some military aid to Israel unless they comply with US-led investigations of IDF killings of American citizens.
Frankly, it’s outrageous that members of Congress voted against this. I thank my five Democratic colleagues who voted yes.
UPDATE: my amendment to condition some aid to Israel until they follow U.S. and international humanitarian law failed.
Thank you to my four Democratic colleagues who voted yes. To the rest of the Committee: this is what the American people want. It’s time to get on board.
When U.S. citizens are killed abroad, it should be non-negotiable that foreign governments cooperate with U.S.-led investigations. But the Israeli government doesn't.
So I introduced an amendment that would block $1 billion in military aid to Israel unless they comply with our investigations.
We have the leverage to demand that Israel follow our own U.S. laws.
I introduced an amendment in the Foreign Affairs committee to condition some U.S. aid on the Israeli government following our laws, as well as international humanitarian law. It’s common sense.
So this was a lie.
Donald Trump is literally weaponizing our government to crack down on free speech and persecute his political opponents.
The Israeli government is indiscriminately killing civilians in Gaza, using hunger as a weapon of war, and attacking other countries in the Middle East — all with U.S. taxpayer dollars.
We must use our leverage to demand that they follow U.S. law and international humanitarian law.
ICE is racially profiling and kidnapping people just for looking Latino or speaking Spanish.
Trump is turning our law enforcement into his own secret police to terrorize our communities.

HAPPENING NOW: Rep. @jayapal.house.gov hosts a shadow hearing to delve deeper into the cases of those lawlessly disappeared as well as the economic impacts of mass deportation.
NEW: If Republicans won’t conduct oversight of Trump’s unconstitutional and cruel immigration policies that kidnap and disappear immigrants of all statuses, I will.
Today’s Shadow Hearing will focus on how his actions are destroying U.S. families and communities.
Without UNRWA, mothers, children, and babies cannot get the food they need to survive.
Currently, there is no organization with the capacity to fill UNRWA’s role in delivering humanitarian aid. The U.S. must restore funding of this critical agency to save lives.
LIVE: I'm holding a Shadow Hearing on Trump's assault on families and communities through his unconstitutional and cruel immigration policies, kidnappings, and deportations. Tune in now:

Earlier today, FCC Chair Brendan Carr said “we can do this the easy way or the hard way” about Disney/ABC “taking action on Kimmel.”
Hours later, ABC pulled Kimmel off the air.
It’s a blatant crackdown on free speech by an authoritarian administration. www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcn...
ICYMI: With @wyden.senate.gov, @welch.senate.gov, and @bennet.senate.gov, I introduced legislation to give America’s kids access to healthier, unprocessed school meals.
As Trump raises costs for all of us, we’re working to invest in our kids and families. hoodline.com/2025/09/sena...
Kash Patel and Republicans won’t tell the truth about the Epstein Files — so I will.
I entered into the Congressional Record reporting about Trump being told his name is in the files and Ghislaine Maxwell’s comments to Todd Blanche about Trump’s cabinet.
Mace is fundraising by targeting someone who already receives death threats. This is extremely dangerous.
@Ilhan is a fierce champion for her constituents.
Mace's censure doesn't include a single quote from Rep. Omar and should go down in flames.
Kash Patel refused to answer if he has met with any of the women who were sexually assaulted or raped by Jeffrey Epstein.
Why? Because he hasn’t. It’s all a big cover-up.

Alignment stats consider only votes where a clear yes/no majority existed for the legislator's party. Cross-party marks divergence where the vote matched the opposite party majority. ↔ indicates cross-party divergence.
