Katie and her daughter, Charlee, counted on the ACA Tax Credit to afford their health care. After Republicans got rid of it, Katie’s health insurance bill went from $75 to $750/month.
We must restore the ACA Tax Credit as soon as possible and lower health care costs for families like Katie’s.

Workforce development is economic development. As our region continues to grow, I’ll continue working to bring federal resources home to invest in our workforce & create more opportunities for southern Nevadans!
This year, I helped secure nearly $6 million in federal funding for RTC projects. I’ll continue to bring home investments that invest in transportation and help keep our community running.
I got to speak with Caleb, a UNLV student who has been using RTC transit to get around the Las Vegas Valley his whole life. Caleb’s experience is a reminder that investments in public transportation are also investments in opportunity, independence, and access to education.
It was so great to join RTC to unveil their new bus shelters that will help give riders relief from southern Nevada’s extreme heat 🚌
I’ll keep working to ensure Nevada receives its fair share of federal funding and that our first responders have the tools and resources they need to keep our communities safe. (3/3)
I helped secure more than $2 million in federal funding for this project, which will modernize the airport’s Airfield Rescue and Fire Fighting Station and bring it up to current Federal Aviation Administration safety, operational, and environmental standards. (2/3)

I’ll continue to push to build more housing in southern Nevada and lower costs for seniors!
Proud to celebrate the grand opening of Heirloom at Torrey Pines, which brings 190 new affordable apartments to Las Vegas seniors. This project shows what can happen when all levels of government and the private sector work together to give people a better life.
Now, I urge Station Casinos to negotiate in a fair and timely manner to produce a contract that is fair and just. Workers can't afford to wait another 17 years without a contract. (3/3)

Just a few years ago, we celebrated the $1 million investment I helped secure for this new emergency command vehicle, and today we’re proud to see it come to fruition.
Safety is always our number one priority. Our law enforcement officers work day in and day out, putting themselves in harm’s way to keep our community safe. In Congress, it’s my job to support these efforts by securing funding and resources so they can do their jobs effectively.
